It's not just a single move change, it'd be describing its new role in the metagame with Gatr/Flygon dropping in popularity and Banded Zygarde not being popular also. New additions like Mega Blastoise/Barbaracle and mons that have gotten more popular like Roserade/Noivern kinda redefine its role.

Destiny Bond should definitely be over Explosion as a 4th slot on Qwilfish, along with Black Sludge being slashed with Rocky Helmet. I'd also slash both Haze and Heal Bell on Altaria's Toxic slot, pretty customisable really.
