Invalid [Gen 8] OU Without Hax

This could be a revolution in the strategy. I would like to study the possibility to introduce a new game format, which would be a copy of the current game formats we know (Ubers, OU...), but without any form of hax. We could call it for example [Gen 8] OU Without Hax.

Firstly: why create this? You should agree as me that hax is part of the game, that Pokémon without hax is not Pokémon, so we're talking about creating a brand new game, yup. I assume it. But this format without hax hasn't for goal to be better/to substitute Pokémon, it has for goal to allow players to test their teams in an environment without hax, so they can quite faster know if their teams are viable or not for [Gen 8] OU.
Example:
- You create a team
- You wanna know if it's viable
- You test it on the ladder, and you get haxed so you build another team because you play in [Gen 8] OU Without Hax, you know in a few games if your team is viable or not for [Gen 8] OU

That could be a pretty useful experience for players and may lead to very interesting tournaments in the future. (Because we all know that in tournaments, because of probabilities successions with games, you need a bit luck to win. You cannot be like Rafael Nadal in the French Open...).

So ok all of that is so beautiful, but... what would be the rules?
- Accuracy/Evasion influences are banned or inefficient
- Rolls are always mid rolls
- When a Pokémon is paralyzed, it's never para haxed
- When a Pokémon is confused, it's never confuse haxed
- Sleep turns is always 2
- Crits are banned (except for moves with the flag "WillCrit = true" like Wicked Blow or Storm Throw)
- Multi hits moves always hit three times (except with Skill Link)
- Secondary effects with a probability < 85% (Ex: Scald burn, Thunder para...) never happen, others systematically happen (Ex: Fake Out, Power-Up Punch...)
- Abilities with a probability < 85% to be activated (Ex: Static, Flame Body...) never happen, others systematically happen (Ex: Justified, Weak Armor...)
- Moves with an accuracy >= 85% always hit, and others are banned (including Triple Axel and Triple Kick)
- Shed Skin always works or is banned
- Harvest always works or only on Sun
- The freeze status, Moody, King's Rock and Sleep Talk are banned
- Partial trap (Fire Spin/Sand Tomb...) always last 5 turns
- Stalling moves (Protect/Detect/King's Shield/Max Guard/Endure...) always miss on the second try
- G-Max Stun Shock always inflict status in this order: Para, Poison
- Roar/Whirlwind/Dragon Tail... always phaze out to the next Pokémon of the target in its team
- Locked moves (Outrage, Thrash...) always lasts 3 turns (not 2 because we banned confuse hax so it would be a bit too strong)

For speed ties, we could implement something for example "The nickname which is alphabetically the first one attacks first, and on the second speed tie it's the other one"?

What do you think about that? And for developers, do you think it could be implemented in a near future?

Thank you so much

Yep I know this thread, but it is QUITE old (from 2013) and not opened for replies anymore so I couldn't chase on it. I think nowadays with all the new form of hax since 2013 it could be quite more useful than in 2013 to introduce this format, and I know I won't be the last one to request this. A lot of players would be interested on that.

This has been proposed many times in the Other Metagames forum (where this belongs) and it's been shot down every time because it's boring as fuck.
