I guess I have to claim ACT even though I actually do feel terrible about it. We were supposed to play on Thursday at 9:30pm -5 but my opponent didn’t realize that DST time change happened so they ended up logging in an hour early at 8:30pm -5 instead of 9:30pm -5. Then they weren’t online at 9:30pm -5 at our scheduled time. It was only after this we realized the confusion happened. I tried to clear my schedule up to reschedule but I wasn’t able to do so in time as I had already readjusted my schedule earlier in the week to accommodate the Thursday game.

Granted. Initially I had thought you had shown up 45 minutes late and therefore did not grant the act, however can see that you had scheduled for 9:30, not 9:00

If you can get a game within 12 hours of the original deadline, I can make it work, but otherwise no, you should've reached out to your opponent sooner

As per OP, each extra extension is exponentially harder to implement, and I've already granted the first extension.
As per my post to mmtaccos, waiting until late in the week to schedule does not count as an extreme circumstance.
 
Hi, I had a problem scheduling with my opponent on saturday but I want to keep playing, I need to ask?
