Honestly, if you're running Torkoal on a Sun Team you got enough grass coverage as it is to warrant dropping Solar Beam.
Please stop chatting on my thread and go to PMs or something. The moves for all the VGC Pokemon are geared towards moves that are difficult to get, as stated in the OP. I aim for TRs and egg moves if possible, then high-usage relearn moves and TM moves afterwards. This is also why I do not have Protect on there. They are not full sets to be used as-is.

That's not a set. It's an EV spread. I'm going to make my own using pikalytics and by consulting people who play VGC.

Is it possible to provide a Type:Null? I'd really like one for Pokemon Home completion.
Same answer as here. Not interested at all in going through the game again to provide legendaries for people to throw away just for a dex entry.
I've added 0 Att Venusaur, 0 Att / 0 Spe Milotic, and 0 Att / 0 Spe Primarina. These focus heavily on TR moves since you can pick which TM or relearn moves to use to replace them. If you don't want to run Trick Room, pick up a new mint and Bottle Cap from this thread to adjust these Pokemon!
