Don't have intimidate but could probably breed for it.

Perfect within the bounds of HP Ice, 31/x/31/31/31/30, if speed is below 30 it's an imperfect HP Ice.

A perfect HP Ice rotom would be worth more than a Perfect 5 IV Rotom, you are correct. An imperfect HP Ice would be worth the same.

I want this so badly! I dont have much for trade, but i have some imperfect 5IV Mawiles with thunder fang, ice fang, and fire fang as egg moves. I also have a flawless 5IV Timid Drought Vulpix with Feint Attack and Hex as egg moves.
