With a high base Special Attack stat and good Speed tier, Gengar poses as a fearsome offensive threat, revenge killer, and a late-game cleaner for Ghost teams. Sludge Wave is essential to threaten Fairy teams and deal with Pokemon such as Togekiss and Clefable. Focus Blast is essential coverage, as it allows Gengar to hit Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Ferrothrorn, which comfortably take its STAB moves. Dazzling Gleam allows Gengar to hit Hydreigon and Sableye for super effective damage. Utilizing Dynamax, Gengar can boost its Special Attack with Max Ooze and then subsequently pose as a sweeper with Choice Scarf.

Stealth Rock setters such as Runerigus and Galarian Corsola and Spikes setters such as Froslass can aid Gengar in cleaning teams. Dragapult is a great teammate, as it can act as a wallbreaker against opposing defensive cores such as Toxapex + Mantine + Gastrodon on Water teams, allowing Gengar to clean more easily. Polteageist is also a fantastic teammate, as it shares the same checks as Gengar and can break through Toxapex, a Pokemon that Gengar struggles to break. Mimikyu is also a great teammate for Gengar, as it can take on Dark-types, especially those with priority moves, such as Grimmsnarl, which would otherwise remove Gengar.

- Make sure you have spaces after each colon in moves
- the parenthesis in set name should be (Ghost)
- Remove the sentence about Shadow Ball, its unneeded with current format
- I would personally remove the sentence about Dynamax since it isn't an especially notable Dynamax set (ie, not a set designed specifically for Dynamax like a lot of Flying sets). That being said, you can keep the first sentence if you really want to, but delete this "Max Starfall and Max Knuckle allow Gengar to punch holes through Dark teams. "
- Remove the last sentence of paragraph 1 since it repeats the first sentence
- Rephrase the Mimikyu sentence to state how important it is in taking on Dark-types, especially those with priority that otherwise easily remove Gengar.

Focus Blast is essential coverage that allows Gengar to hit Dark-type Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Ferrothrorn which comfortably take its STAB moves.
- ferrothorn is not a dark type

Stealth Rock users such as Runerigus or Corsola and Spikes setters such as Froslass can aid Gengar in cleaning teams.
- its Galarian Corsola

Dragapult is a great teammate, as it can wallbreak opposing defensive cores allowing Gengar to clean more easily.
- give a good example of a core it and gengar can take on
