Gengar is a good Pokemon on all Weather team because he can easy weaken Tyranitar for help a Sun or a Rain and weaken Scizor for help Tyranitar
With this set, Gengar hasn't got an important nember of counters because they are burn
Chansey/Blissey can easy take Focus Blast and destroy PP with Wish and Protect or Softboiled
Starmie can OHKO Gengar before the Substitute or simply revenge kill him but he can't do something to Gengar under the Substitute
Scarf user are good revenge kill but can't do something to Gengar when he has the Substitute
Pokemon weak to Tyranitar and Scizor are good partner especialy Reunclus, Lati@s, Terrakion, Tyranitar and Ferrothorn
Entry Hasards help a lot Gengar again Chansey/Blissey espeilay Toxic Spieks so Forretress is an excellent partner which can set-up all Entry Hasards
Pokemon with weakness to Ground or Fighting are good partner and allow to Gengar, a possiblity to easy set-up Substitute again Choice users

Why this set deserves to be on-site:
- Gengar switch in which use physical moves take a surprising Will-O-wisp and are useless after this move
- The Burn is an excellent support for use a Pokemon without problemes with Physical sweepers
- It can be useful on a Sunshine because they are really weak to Tyranitar and it can help for win the Weather War.
- Gengar can with prediction easy make useless Scizor and Tyranitar the two most common counters
- Gengar doesn't lose something with this set because he has the perfect coverage
- Gengar can come on Late Game Sweep and destroy a physical Late Game Sweeper with a surprising Will-O-Wisp and a lot of them are outspeed by Gengar
- Gengar is a better Spin Blockerwith Will-O-Wisp because Physical Rapid Spiner can't do something to Gengar after this move
- Life Orb isn't a good idea because Gengar lose 25 % of his life with Substitute and can lose 6% of his life with the Sand Storm.
- Black Sudge can be useful again a Tricker but he can give it to another Pokemon. Leftovers hasn't got this problem but the tricker can recover his life
- The Standard repartition for outspeed a lot of Pokemon and speed tie with Lati@s and another Gengar
