Ghost pokemon have to be my favorite type. I love Ghosts so much that one day I decided to see what an all-ghost team can do. With that in mind, I set out to make one. Of course, it won't stand a chance against today's metagame since any speedy pokemon with a dark attack will be able to slice through this team like swiss cheese, but I still want to make the ghost team there possibly can be.
This team has a ton of loopholes, and I want to fix that. If anyone can provide constructive criticism on how to make this team work, it'd be appreciated. And no, I will not have a non-ghost type on the team.
Thanks to Jeo whose team inspired a few changes.
Mismagius @ Lum Berry
Ability: Levitate
Nature: timid
EVs: 160 HP/ 98 SpA/ 252 Speed
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Will-o-Wisp
Mismagius will spread status around as the lead, making things easier on the team in the long run.
The core sweeper. I don't know whether to keep Hypnosis or switch it out for Energy Ball.
He will be the physical sweeper crippler. Confuse Ray to screw up, Pain Split to heal when low on health, and Night Shade to do some decent damage. With no HP Evs, Pain Split will heal more.
Calm Mind to raise up stats, then attack all. If anything gets through Spiritomb's superb defenses, Pain Split will be there to stop them. No HP EVs again because of Pain Split.
Standard Shedinja sweeper, with a fairly okay type coverage. If only Shedinja could learn U-Turn. T-T

That is all. I look forward to what everyone has to say on this singular team. ^_^
