- Power Gem
- Mortal Spin
- Earth Power / Mud Shot

[SET COMMENTS]
One look at Glimmora's set should tell you that it is built from the ground up to be one of the most optimized dedicated leads for hyper offense ever. This is largely thanks to its signature ability Toxic Debris and signature attack Mortal Spin. The former means that it can potentially set two entry hazards on the same turn, making Glimmora twice as efficient as any other option, while the latter means that Gilimmora offers its own defense against dedicated leads and entry hazard setters. From there, Glimmora boasts a decent enough speed and strong Rock / Ground coverage to threaten the likes of Corviknight and Excadrill, so even some of the metagame's best Defoggers and Rapid Spinners struggle to deter Glimmora. Mud Shot is another option over Earth Power specifically to get an edge in the mirror matchup, and it could be beneficial as well when dealing with faster foes like Mega Metagross and Garchomp. Sludge Bomb can be opted for over Mortal Spin so that Glimmora more effectively deals with Hatterene and 2HOKOes Quaquaval, although the lack of hazard removal makes this option unsavory for most teams. Spikes may also be ran over Stealth Rock and Mortal Spin, but generally Glimmora is more valued as a Stealth Rock + Toxic Spikes setter and hazard remover.

Glimmora is more often than not going to be played as a lead, and it will often rely on its teammates to follow up the momentum as well as prevent its entry hazards from being removed. Defog Scizor and Shuca Berry Excadrill are tough matchup for Glimmora, so Fire-types like Mega Delphox, Blaziken, and Ceruledge are appreciated. Ceruledge along with other Ghost-types like Dragapult and Aegislash can work as spinblockers in a pinch, although the best option would be Annihilape given its good bulk and match up against the likes of Excadrill, Quaquaval, and even Defog Corviknight thanks to Defiant. These Ghost-types also help punish Hatterene along with Steel-type sweepers like Mega Metagross and Kingambit. Grounded Poison-types like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex not only remove Glimmora's Toxic Spikes, but also wall its attacks, so physical sweepers such as Garchomp, Hisuian Samurott, and the aforementioned Steel-types work best to take on these walls. Hisuian Samurott's Spikes and sometimes Taunt support additionally formes a solid hazard centric core, whereas Araquanid also overwelms defense agianst entry hazard from Corviknight and Hatterene on Sticky Web teams. Don't let hazard greed consume you; Swords Dance + Scale Shot Garchomp can and WILL win games against lead Glimorra without Mud Shot, so make sure to include checks like Mega Floette and Choice Scarf Meowscarada to prevent utter embarrasement.

[SET COMMENTS]
Mega Glimmora is an overwhelmingly strong special sweeper that uses its tight coverage to revenge kill and wallbreak against the likes of Mega Meganium, Volcarona, Primarina, and Rotom-Wash. The sheer power of Adapability Sludge Bomb makes it a great matchup against Fairy-types like Mega Floette and Clefable, although its mediocre speed leaves something to be desired against faster Mega Pokemon options like Mega Metagross and Mega Delphox. At least options like Mortal Spin differentiates Glimmora, as many balance teams will appreciate the extra defense against hazard spam playstyles. Rock Polish too can be opted for late-game to secure wins against otherwise checks like Mega Delphox and Choice Scarf Greninja. Substitute is another option that, like Rock Polish, punishes opposing late-game sacks, and it also gives Glimmora an edge versus Sucker Punch users like Kingambit and Hisuian Samurott. Lastly, attacks like Dazzling Gleam and Energy Ball round out Mega Glimorra's coverage as an all-out attacker, specifically targeting Garchomp and Hippowdon, respectively. Sludge Wave over Sludge Bomb can improve OHKO odds versus some foes like Mega Lopunny and Hisuian Sammurott, althought versus most targets it will be more viable to fish for Sludge Bomb's higher poison odds. A Modest nature could be tried on Rock Polish sets, which appreciate the extra power in scenarios like 2HKOing Glarian Slowking after Stealth Rock, although being slower than Jolly Excadrill and Timid Mega Floette is problematic.

As the metagame offers multiple Regenertor special walls in the form of Galarian Slowking, Mega Dragalge, and Toxapex, Mega Glimmora is usually forced to make progress in the late-game when these walls are already delt with. However, it can lure these foes in for sweepers like Kingambit, Ageislash, and Garchomp to set up on them and force trades earlier. Choice Scarf Hisuian Sammurott and Meowscarada are often great to pair with Mega Glimmora, as they can cleanup after it breaks physical walls like Corviknight and Hatterene, while in return they revenge kill faster Psychic-types like Mega Delphox and Mega Alakazam. Other Dark- and Dragon-types like Hydreigon and Dragapult largely appreciate Mega Glimmora dealing with Fairy-types, which it will often get a safe switch-in to thanks to the aforementioned teammate's U-turn. Other pivots like Rotom-Wash and Corviknight also bring in Mega Glimmora safely against the likes of Mega Meganium and Archaludon. These two also offer a crucial Ground immunity and switch-in to faster Steel-type attacks from Mega Metagross and Scizor. Fighting-types like Annihlape and Blaziken will also work to punch holes versus Ground-type walls like defensive Garchomp and Hippowdown, making it easier for Mega Glimmora to get past them in the late-game if it lacks super effective coverage for them. In return, Mega Glimmora is a great offensive check to Primarina and Unaware Clefable.

One look at Glimmora's set should tell you that it is built from the ground up to be one of the most optimized dedicated leads for hyper offense ever. This is largely thanks to its signature ability Toxic Debris and signature attack Mortal Spin. Thanks to its signature ability in Toxic Debris and access to Mortal Spin, Glimmora is one of the best leads for hyper offense teams. a bit of a rewrite BUT analyses should avoid addressing the user directly The former means that it can potentially set two entry hazards on the same turn, making Glimmora twice as efficient as any other option, while the latter means that Gilimmora offers its own defense against dedicated leads and entry hazard setters against who? From there, Glimmora boasts a decent enough speed Speed tier makes it sound worse than it is ngl and strong Rock / Ground coverage to threaten the likes of Corviknight and Excadrill (this is overselling the mu, power gem only does around 40% to phy def corv, so it can still roost and defog against glim, while even EP fails to OHKO offensive drill and does like 40% to shuca drill which they mention on the next paragraph, yes glim can pressure these removers and force them to respect its coverage, but it doesn't reliably beat them outright) , so even some of the metagame's best Defoggers and Rapid Spinners struggle to deter Glimmora. Mud Shot is another option over Earth Power specifically to get an edge in the mirror matchup, and it could be beneficial as well when dealing with faster foes like Mega Metagross and Garchomp. mention how it deters setup from SD mlop and dd pult Sludge Bomb can be opted for over Mortal Spin so that Glimmora more effectively deals with Hatterene and 2HOKOes Quaquaval, although the lack of hazard removal makes this option unsavory for most teams. Spikes may also be ran over Stealth Rock and or Mortal Spin explain how this punishes mons like chomp and exca harder, but generally Glimmora is more valued as a Stealth Rock + Toxic Spikes setter and hazard remover and also explain how rocks punishes multiscale dnite and other flyings harder.

Defog Scizor and Shuca Berry Excadrill are is a tough matchup for Glimmora, so Fire-types like Mega Delphox, Blaziken, and Ceruledge are appreciated. Shuca Berry Excadrill can also survive Earth Power and remove Glimmora's hazards, making teammates such as Annihilape that can pressure it valuable. (AP + just stressing why shuca drill is a horrendous mu for glim) Ceruledge along with other Ghost-types like Dragapult and Aegislash can work as spinblockers in a pinch, although the best option would be Annihilape given its good bulk and match up against the likes of Excadrill, Quaquaval, and even Defog Corviknight thanks to Defiant. These Ghost-types, (AC) as well as Steel-types such as Mega Metagross and Kingambit, (AC) also help punish Hatterene along with Steel-type sweepers like Mega Metagross and Kingambit could mention could mention what?. Grounded Poison-types like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex not only remove Glimmora's Toxic Spikes, but also wall its attacks, so physical sweepers such as Garchomp, Hisuian Samurott, and the aforementioned Steel-types work best to take on these walls. Hisuian Samurott's Spikes and sometimes wdym sometimes, this is a popular duo Taunt support additionally formes a solid hazard centric core, whereas Araquanid also overwelms defense agianst entry hazard from Corviknight and Hatterene on Sticky Web teams. punishes faster foes such as Mega Lopunny and Mega Raichu Y, that would otherwise threaten the rest of the team. its not rlly that threatening compared to glimm ngl Don't let hazard greed consume you; Swords Dance + Scale Shot Garchomp can and WILL win games against lead Glimorra without Mud Shot, so make sure to include checks like Mega Floette and Choice Scarf Meowscarada to prevent utter embarrasement. Further Speed control options such as Mega Floette and Choice Scarf Meowscarada can be beneficial against boosting foes, such as Scale Shot Garchomp and Quaquaval. again dont address the user with "you"

sludge wave needs to be the main poison STAB here rather than bomb and hits more benchmarks

also keep timid as the set's primary nature and move modest specifically as a mention into the rock polish explanation, timid preserves several important benchmarks, notably outspeeding volcarona and jolly excadrill, also, timid mega floette isn't a useful modest specific benchmark because even timid mega glimm is one point slower than it so idk why that was mentioned

[SET COMMENTS]
Mega Glimmora is an overwhelmingly strong special sweeper that uses its tight solid what does tight even mean in this context, p sure glimm has wide coverage asw coverage to revenge kill and wallbreak against the likes of Mega Meganium, Volcarona, Primarina, and Rotom-Wash Corviknight idt any washtom wants to switch into base glimm let alone mega. The sheer power of Adapability Sludge Bomb makes it a great matchup against Fairy-types like Mega Floette and Clefable, although its mediocre speed leaves something to be desired against faster Mega Pokemon options like Mega Metagross and Mega Delphox. At least again ur kinda undermining glimm a bit by saying this options like Mortal Spin differentiates Glimmora from what?, as many balance teams will appreciate the extra defense against hazard spam playstyles. Sludge Wave over Sludge Bomb can improve OHKO odds versus some foes like Mega Lopunny and Hisuian Sammurott be used over Sludge Wave for its higher poison chance, althought versus most targets it will be more viable to fish for Sludge Bomb's higher poison odds but its lower power is noticeable against foes such as Mega Lopunny and Hisuian Samurott. A Modest nature could can be tried considered on Rock Polish sets, which appreciate the extra power in scenarios like 2HKOing Glarian having a high chance to 2HKO specially defensive Galarian Slowking after Stealth Rock, although being the lower Speed leaves it slower than Jolly Excadrill, (AC) Volcarona, (AC) and Timid Mega Floette is problematic Charizard X before using Rock Polish.

As the metagame offers multiple Regenerator special walls in the form of Galarian Slowking, Mega Dragalge, and Toxapex, Mega Glimmora is usually forced to make progress in the late-game when these walls are already dealt with. (i don't think this is true glimmora is also useful earlier in games as a wallbreaker that draws these walls in and chips them for its teammates for example there was a sample mega glimm team that specifically uses it to soften bulky targets for chomp to clean) However, it can lure these foes in for sweepers like Kingambit, Aegislash, and Garchomp to set up on them and force trades earlier. (idr buy these as the best examples for this specific job, fighting STAB is only neutral into chomp and hippo, and blaziken is itself heavily threatened by their ground STAB in return, i'd use teammates that more directly pressure bulky grounds like primarina or rotom-wash idk) In return, Mega Glimmora is a great offensive check to Primarina and Unaware Clefable.
