I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I'll give it a shot.
How do you feel about Godzilla (the Japanese version, not the crappy American one)?
I've loved Godzilla ever since I was a kid (see my name). He's always been so interesting to me. Heck all giant diakaiju films interest me. But Godzilla was my first daikajiu, and he's just so great. He could kick anyone's ass and anything's ass. That has just always interested me since I was three.
My personal favorite Godzilla film is by far the original Godzilla film from 1954. It brought Godzilla into existence and showed the real horrors of nuclear weapons. I also love Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964), Invasion of the Astro-Monster (1965), Godzilla vs. Hedorah (1971), Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla (1974), Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989), Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) and Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All Out Attack (2001) (Hey, there's 28 Godzilla films, so there's lots to choose from).
My favorite thing in this universe: Godzilla.
