Good Physical and Special Walls

A good physical wall that fits with the last two types you said is Skarmory. Steel/Flying plus 140 defense and immunty to ground makes it really good.
 
Don't forget about Bronzong. It only has one weakness. It can serve as both a physical and special wall.
 
Bronzong, Blissey for Special.

Skarmory, Weezing, Dusknoir for Physical.

You could try something like Milotic if you need it.
 
Milotic is no good anymore, I recommend Suicune if you want a water type special wall or Blissey because she is the best. For the physical wall I think that Bronzong is slightly better then Skarmory because of less weaknesses.

Grass physical walls are Tangrowth and Leafeon. Tangrowth's probably better at it but Leafeon can wish/swordspass. Just make sure your Leafeon doesn't get eaten by any angry Heracrosses. =(
 
milotic is good since hypnosis is now 70% acc rather than 55% and it can learn light screen and recover, 280 ish defenses and great HP.

Umbreon is good as well.
 
People keep saying Milotic is no good anymore, but I'm often told after wi-fi battles here that my Milotic is especially troublesome. I've had two people boom on it on the past few days, just to get it out of the way.
 
Probopass under Sand Storm is a great Special Wall (659 SpD max with a beneficial nature). It eats Special Attacks not named Land Power, Focus Blast or Surf (or random super-effective Hidden Power).
