Ability: Natural Cure

• main pokemon, normally late game sweeper
• sub to make sure it isn't hit, or for it to survive a hit that would've koed it
• focus blast for rock types/ground types
• blizzard is main stab, hits 100% in hail
• EQ again for rock-types and coverage

It seems your team has got a lot to improve. First thing I have noted when I was looking at this team is that it has lots of shared weakness (probably except for Ice on Abomasnow, and Poison on Amoonguss but Mega-Venusaur still seems to be a lot better at that role). Also, you are running several mons that are a bit redundant together, which are often a waste of teamslot and can be replaced by something better.

First of all, I would like to suggest Mega-Venusaur instead of Mega-Abomasnow, because of its great bulk and key resistances to Fire and Ice granted by Thick Fat, which makes it nearly a must on every grass team. Also, by using Mega-Venusaur, you get a reliable defensive pokemon which is also able to put offensive pressure with moves like Sludge Bomb, Earthquake, Giga Drain, Hidden Power Fire, and whatever you would want to consider.

Ferrothorn is also a great pokemon; its Grass/Steel typing pairs well with Mega-Venusaur and it offers a huge amount of support that is often irreplaceable: It has the ability to set spikes and acts as a reliable answer for Fairy and Ice threats. Although it lacks reliable recovery, Leech Seed + Protect allows it to be an effective durable defensive pokemon. I recommend replacing this over Shaymin, since you are using a defensive set and Ferrothorn is actually thousand times better for that role, based on the reasons I have just stated.

If you really consider putting Mega-Venusaur, then you'll probably won't need Amoonguss as much, so you can have Whimsicott instead for the added utility of Prankster + Stun Spore/Encore, which replaces it nicely, in case if you find paralysis really that important for your team.

For Celebi, if you are using aiming for an offensive spread, then I recommend a better set: Psychic/Earth Power/Giga Drain/Recover (or Stealth rock) offers a better coverage and allows you to hit Steel mons that would wall this set otherwise.

You could also replace something for Cradily, as its great Grass/Rock typing offers an extra resistance for Fire, Flying and Poison moves and it can act as a great special wall (it gets recover)/suporter for your team.

Well, these are the initial changes that I recommend for your team. I hope this helps a bit.

Hey, dude! Cool team but I'll elaborate on juleo a bit so you get a clearer understanding of why you should change to those mons.

On Grass teams, Mega Venusaur definitely triumphs over Amoongus for many reasons, so I suggest that change as well. Mega Venu's access to thick fat is really amazing for grass teams as they now have a mon guaranteed to chew hits from both fire AND ice moves pretty reliably as mega venu is extremely bulky. This is useful for walling numerous amounts of mons that would otherwise destroy grass such as nidoking, mamoswine, heatran with the correct set, and many other mons. Having the ability to have an actual fire and ice switch in makes venu the perfect mon for grass teams and an amazing edition. The next thing that makes venu great for grass teams is its actually really nice movepool. Its movepool consists of a variety of moves you can use for your team to address each threat you face. Ranging from Hp-Fire to Earthquake to Knock Off, its pool is just really amazing. I would personally recommend the 3 attacks steel breaker movepool consisting of Giga Drain, HP Fire, and Earthquake along with Synthesis as the last move the keep up health. This set is very threatening to steel as most of the steel mons have to try and set up to beat it and nothing switches into HP Fire and EQ.

Now, because MAboma is being replaced by venu, you now have a regular abomasnow. Well, honestly, abomasnow is just pretty useless on grass teams. While it may threaten a few mons on flying like phys def skarmory (which outspeeds with iron head/bb or can roost on it) it really isn't useful otherwise. Aboma gets outsped due to its insanely low speed tier and dies very easily as it is extremely weak to hazards, which grass cannot control. It also has an extremely poor typing, adding onto your fire and bug weakness even more. Thus, I believe aboma should go. I would recommend you to add Cradily. Cradily isn't as good in lower tiers as it is in mono. For Mono Grass, cradily provides 3 things. Cradily has access to the extremely useful move Stealth Rocks which helps for numerous occasions vs fire teams, ice teams, bug teams, and flying teams, all of grass's weaknesses! Rocks would be extremely helpful for you to wittle down opponents and it also is set up pretty reliably as cradily is insanely bulky and takes regular hits from fire moves.

Your roserade set is actually really cool and interesting, however, a Choice Scarf on that looks even better. Because you are heading for a more offensive approach on roserade (as most do) I'd definitely run scarf as it is slower than many threats in the tier that are higher than base 90 (many!) Changing roserade's ability to Technician also seems really helpful with the combo of tech + HP Rock.
252 SpA Technician Roserade Hidden Power Rock vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Charizard Y: 340-404 (114.4 - 136%) -- guaranteed OHKO This is an extremely fun lure and it also just damages most of the mons on fire in general, so it is not just a zard lure. Thus, I'd recommend HP Rock > Synthesis. Leaving sleep powder on roserade is also optimal as you can get a fast sleep powder off on a mon that could supposedly wall and then switch out into a threat.
