Not A Bug Grassy Glide does not have priority in Psychic Terrain

What is the bug?
In Turn 15, Indeedee was switched in and psychic terrain ability override Rillabooms grassy terrain.

Bug:
- Psychic terrain prevents priority moves

- Grassy glide only works in grassy terrain

- Rillaboom is able to use grassy glide to knock out indeedee.

- this is a game-losing bug

Grassy Glide is able to be used outside of Grassy Terrain, it just doesn't have priority when Grassy Terrain is not up. This is why it is able to be used in Psychic Terrain.
