Hi there! While there seems to be a strong offensive backbone on your team, I think it could be cleaned up a bit.

tank (Shuckle) @ Leftovers
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Bulk Up
- Power Trick
- Recover
There seem to be a few issues with this set. While Shuckle has sky-high defenses, its HP removes any defensive niche it might have in the metagame. What I think you're trying to do is create a setup sweeper with enough bulk to boost itself multiple times, that hits really hard afterwards. Something like this would suffice:

Groudon-Primal @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Shell Smash
- V-Create
- Fusion Bolt

152 Speed EVs lets it outspeed Pokemon creeping Deoxys-Speed after one Shell Smash; Primal Groudon has impressive bulk and a powerful STAB move in V-Create. Safety Goggles + Spore allows it to somewhat Imposter-proof itself.

Mega-stats (Rayquaza-Mega) @ Wide Lens
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Superpower
- Draco Meteor
- V-create
- Baton Pass
While Contrary seems appealing at first, being walled by select Wonder Guard users prevents it from being viable. Nevertheless, Mega Rayquaza's a powerful offensive force, and can be used as a Mold Breaker Pokemon. As setting up and passing stats, as well as hitting hard, seems to be the objective here, something that isn't easily hit, and provides offensive pressure could be used:

Xerneas @ Iron Plate
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Moonblast
- Judgment
- Baton Pass

Shell Smash is a far better way of boosting stats, as it provides unpredictability by boosting both offensive stats and Speed. Moonblast allows Xerneas to provide offensive pressure of its own, and Judgment hits Imposter switch-ins.

Invincible (Dialga) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SpA
Naive Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Oblivion Wing
- Meteor Mash
- Freeze-Dry
Unfortunately, Dialga isn't a great Wonder Guard Pokemon, due to being weak to Fighting and Ground, as this leaves it vulnerable to Huge Power Pokemon and Thousand Arrows. As Xerneas fulfills the role of an offensive Wonder Guard, a more defensive one would be appropriate here:

Scizor-Mega @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Aromatherapy
- U-Turn
- Defog

Mega Scizor's single-weakness typing is what's really useful here. U-Turn provides a hard counter to Shadow Tag/trapping, Roost allows it to switch into hazards, and Defog helps to remove them. Safety Goggles prevents Spore from affecting Scizor.

Sacrifice (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic
- Toxic Spikes
- Acrobatics
Hyper offense isn't really viable in ORAS Hackmons; however, hazard setters are crucial for balance teams. As Huge Power Pokemon could try switching in to non-Wonder Guard hazard-setters, they often need strong defensive stats or Fur Coat. On this team, a Mega Mewtwo X check, as well as a physical wall, would be nice. Thus, this could be used:

Slowbro-Mega @ Shed Shell
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Spikes
- Scald
- Soft-Boiled
- Knock Off

This set can lure Magic Bounce Pokemon by setting Spikes, and knock off their items. Scald can pressure more offensive Pokemon, threatening a burn; it can also chip switch-ins. Shed Shell helps to prevent getting trapped.

I am Sped (Deoxys-Speed) @ Magnet
Ability: Parental Bond
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Minimize
- Agility
- Electric Terrain
- Electro Ball
While Deoxys-Speed is indeed a menace on many teams, it doesn't quite fulfill the role of an offensive speed control Pokemon. Something as frail as Deoxys-Speed can't really get Agility/Minimize boosts off, and it simply isn't strong enough to pressure Pokemon with Electro Ball. -ate Pokemon are adept at forcing Pokemon out, and can often pressure common Wonder Guard Pokemon with coverage:

Diancie-Mega @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Extreme Speed
- V-Create
- Fusion Bolt

Fake Out/Extreme Speed hit Dragon-types, Mega Mewtwo X, and occasional Dark-types very strongly. V-Create hits Mega Scizor almost exclusively, although it can chip bulky non-Wonder Guards as well. Fusion Bolt hits Wonder Guard Gyarados.

Haha (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heal Bell
- Minimize
- Baton Pass
- Sheer Cold
No Guard Pokemon enjoy outspeeding opposing Pokemon and pressuring Wonder Guard switch-ins with sleep, coverage or hazards. Blissey, sadly, is neither fast nor offensive enough to be a No Guard Pokemon. Heal Bell/Minimize are far too difficult to use on such an offensive Pokemon; therefore this would be an appropriate Wonder Guard set on this team:

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Grass Whistle
- Gastro Acid
- Toxic Spikes
- Sheer Cold

As you used Toxic Spikes on one of your sets, I wanted to include it somewhere. On a No Guard Pokemon, it's not too difficult to use when forcing opposing non-Wonder Guards out. Grass Whistle/Gastro acid can force a switch-in to sleep/remove an opposing Wonder Guard's Ability, respectively. Sheer Cold just wins you the game in the post-Wonder Guard game.

This is the edited team, and I hope this helped!
