Social Half year check in

My goal this year is to stop every bad sugars : candies, transformed foods, soda

For now I only stopped syrup

And my long term goal is to do almost everything homemade

I wish the best with that. I limited my sugar intake as well and never felt better.

Already mentioned elsewhere but I'm on a mission to respond to every single cong thread so yeah I'm doing pretty good I just started college which was the only real long term goal I had
