Done Hangmans "save"

I suggest to implement the "same" feature as kida ( rip ) : a way to save hangman.
I don't know if this is planed or if this is really a priority, but it could be nice if staffs of a room can save hangman, and when someone start a hangman game ( with !hangman for exemple ) it chooses randomly one of the saved hangman and displayed it.
and for saving, command like /hangmansave word, hint would be cool

looks like it was added with the last restart, but there isn't a "/hangmanlist" or something to view all the hangmans we saved previously
