Haunter can function as a decent revenge killer in the tier thanks to a strong Speed tier, great movepool, and high Special Attack stat. With immunities to Fighting- and Normal-type attacks, Haunter finds itself coming in on Pokemon such as Bewear fairly easily and forcing them out. STAB Shadow Ball deals heavy neutral damage to almost any target, allowing Haunter to exert pressure on many teams. It also notably guarantees a 2HKO on Jellicent. STAB Sludge Wave allows Haunter to OHKO threats such as Rotom-C and Rillaboom. Energy Ball is excellent for 2HKOing Vaporeon and OHKOing Rhydon. The fourth moveslot is fairly flexible. Dazzling Gleam can be used for Scrafty, Sableye, and Drampa while keeping the coverage against Fighting-types. Destiny Bond is also a good option to trade KOs in difficult situations. Will-O-Wisp can be used to cripple physical attackers, notably Drapion, that resist both STAB moves on the switch-in. While not as viable, the set can be retooled to be a Trick + Choice Scarf set to further focus on revenge killing.

Haunter is extremely frail, with even neutral damage being potentially fatal. This makes it a bit difficult to fit onto teams. Haunter appreciates ways to enter and exit the game safely, so it greatly appreciates Volturn cores. Pokemon that can facilitate this such as Passimian and Rotom-C are excellent partners. Vikavolt is another notable option here, as it can also facilitate Sticky Web support that allows Haunter to KO faster threats such as Salazzle. Dark-types such as Drapion also pose a significant threat to Haunter due to them resisting both of its STAB moves, so having Pokemon such as Virizion and Silvally-Fairy as switch-ins are important. The latter is especially good for its ability to take Knock Offs while forcing them out. Pokemon such as Salazzle can appreciate Haunter's ability to break their potential checks. Some Pokemon can also make good use of Haunter's immunities, such as Snorlax, which will enjoy switching out to avoid taking a Fighting-type attack.

swap dazzling gleam and energy ball

could mention its usefulness on voltturn. it works pretty well with rotom-c and passimian for example, and obviously the support is reciprocal.

qc 1/2

take out the bit about tele support since you mentioned voltturn

2/2 well done!!

Haunter can function as a decent revenge killer in the tier thanks to a strong speed tier, great movepool,(AC) and special attack a great (I'm assuming you were going for some positive adjective anyway :o) Special Attack stat. With immunities to Fighting-(AH) and Normal-type attacks, Haunter finds itself coming in on Pokemon such as Bewear fairly easily while forcing them out. STAB Shadow Ball deals heavy neutral damage to almost anything, allowing Haunter to exert pressure on many teams. It also notably guarantees a 2HKO on Jellicent and OHKO on Xatu. STAB Sludge Wave allows Haunter to OHKO Pokemon such as Rotom-Mow, Rillaboom,(AC) and Slurpuff. Energy Ball is excellent for 2HKOing Vaporeon and OHKOing Rhydon. The 4th move slot moveslot is fairly flexible. Dazzling Gleam can be used for Scrafty, Sableye,(AC) and Drampa while keeping the coverage against Fighting-types. Destiny Bond is also a good option to trade KOs in difficult situations. Will-O-Wisp can be used to cripple physical attackers, notably Drapion who that resists both STABs,(RC) on switch-in. While not as viable an option, the set can be retooled to be a Trick + Choice Scarf set to further focus on revenge killing.

Haunter is extremely frail, with even neutral damage being potentially fatal. This makes it a bit difficult to fit onto teams. Haunter appreciates ways to enter and exit the game safely, so it excels in VolTurn cores. Pokemon who can facilitate this such as Passimian and Rotom-Mow are excellent partners. Vikavolt is another notable option here, as it also gets Sticky Web;(RSC) it greatly appreciates as this which allows it to KO faster threats,(RC) such as Salazzle. Dark-types such as Drapion also pose a significant threat to Haunter due to them resisting its STABs, so having Pokemon such as Virizion and Silvally-Fairy as switch-ins is important. The latter is especially good for its ability to take Knock Offs while forcing them out. Pokemon such as Salazzle can appreciate Haunter's ability to break their potential resists. Some Pokemon will also enjoy Haunter's immunities to make switching out easier, such as Snorlax,(AC) which will enjoy switching out before taking a Fighting-type attack. (This sentence seemed a little confusing before, so I attempted to make it read a bit more clearly, but other wording can work, too c:)

Haunter is extremely frail, with even neutral damage being potentially fatal. This makes it a bit difficult to fit onto teams. Haunter appreciates ways to enter and exit the game safely, so it excels in greatly appreciates VoltTurn cores (haunter isn't necessarily doing the voltturning, it just benefits from it). Pokemon who that can facilitate this such as Passimian and Rotom-C Mow are excellent partners. Vikavolt is another notable option here, as it also gets Sticky Web which allows can provide Sticky Web support that allows Haunter to KO faster threats such as Salazzle. The latter is especially good for its ability to take Knock Offs well while forcing them out. Pokemon such as Salazzle can appreciate Haunter's ability to break their potential resists checks (you can't refer to pokemon as "resists," but this is just my educated guess on what you meant you so change it to whatever you're talking about here). Some Pokemon can also make good use of Haunter's immunities, such as Snorlax, which will enjoy switching out before to avoid taking a Fighting-type attack.
