This is a commonly-recurring question/bug report. It would be nice if there was a clarification message akin to the one for prankster in gen 7 clarifying how plasma fists works.

(Normal moves become Electric type for the turn when used after Plasma Fists).

I think it would also be helpful to include an indication that this also affects normal type status moves, since people usually dont think about the type for moves like court change or pain split.
