Haven't done competitive in a while. Help please

As of right now I i'm in the process of training a new team to make competitive. I have a lot of Pokemon breed right now just don't know which ones to use and what teams I should make. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated. (Also if I don't have a specific Pokemon that you think would be good on my team please tell me i can always EV train a new Pokemon.)

These are all i really got left that have good IV's and that I haven't traded away to friends before I quit. Like i said before, if there are Pokemon you recommend please do I love to train new Pokemon and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Thanks in advance!
 
Conkeldurr (Doesn't have a purpose yet he is a blant slate)
Zoroark (Sp.Atker all I have him for atm but besides being EV trained he can still be changed move wise to what ever)
Skarmory (Spike user with Roar, just a high defender otherwise)
Swellow (Guts with Flame orb, Facade one shots a lot of pokemon that aren't strong to the normal atks)
Metagross (Choice user, ment to do a big hit and fast)
Weezing (Was in my old team because that team was weak to ground moves where as Weezing is not and can slow down a lot of my opponents pokemon. Just a real pain for them)

Like i said i've been out of this for a long while and I don't have to much but I want to get back in.
 
Abilities? Conkeldurr can have a 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Def Spread with guts and moveset bulk up, drain punch, mach punch, payback holding either leftovers for longevity or flame orb for extra power.
 
Conkeldurr - Have one with Guts and one with Sheer Focus
Bisharp -Defiant
Zoroark -Illusion
Skarmory -Keen Eye
Swellow -Guts
Metagross- Clear Body
Weezing- Levitate
 
I suggest you read up on some other RMT's and see how it should be , also check the rules.
As this topic is now it could be posted in the simple question thread.

Anyways.
Conkeldurr, Skarmory and metagross(i think) are OU , meaning they can be used ofcourse.
Skarmory + conkeldurr make a start of a solid team , as skarmory is a beast of a defensive wall , and conkeldurr is a very big threat to many teams with its guts ability and mach punch , drain punch , payback and bulk up as moves.

All of your other pokemon listed there are UU , or RU , not sure on those , as i never played them yet.
If those are the pokemon you can use only , then there is nothing solid gonna come out.
This i say because none of the pokemon listed by you can be used as a special wall , also bisharp looks nice , dark steel is 'ok' , but 4x fighting weakness and too slow to sweep makes for a useless pokemon in my opinion.

Swellow and weezing are very nice in UU , but arent too big of a threat in OU .
Swellow is fast but a mere 85 base attack , this makes 250 attack stat i believe.
After guts boost that is 375ish . This isnt THAT big , this wont hurt much of the OU metagame, so for OU swellow shouldnt be used.
Weezing ofcourse is a great physical wall , but the set you use is greatly outclassed by dusclops with eviolite . Also painsplit and willowisp on dusclops , this makes for a same kind of wall with ALOT higher defenses.

Also, you're pretty weak to any fast special sweeper(See: Alakazam).
 
With your Skarmory, use Sturdy not KeenEye. And Follow the RMT rules, your description's are poor. I can see a SmackDown Sub Landorus taking a shit on your team, Inless you have HP ice on that zoroark, i wouldnt know the descriptions are tiny :|
