[SET COMMENTS]
  • Hawlucha is a niche pick as a potentially threatening Unburden sweeper that only fits on hyper offense teams and is reliant on Miraidon's Electric Terrain to function.
  • Taunt can be used to shut down phazing attempts from Pokemon like Ting-Lu, status moves like Toxic from Clodsire, setup attempts from opposing sweepers like Bulk Up Palafin and Espathra, and recovery attempts from Skeledirge, Corviknight, and Toxapex.
  • Substitute lets Hawlucha take any one hit, despite its frailty, giving it an opportunity to set up with Swords Dance. Substitute also blocks status moves like Toxic from Clodsire and Toxapex and Will-O-Wisp from Skeledirge.
  • Protect lets Hawlucha scout for potential Terastallizations like Tera Fairy Miraidon or Tera Ghost Ting-Lu.
  • Roost allows Hawlucha to stay healthy over the course of its sweep, keeping it out of range of priority like Chien-Pao's Sucker Punch.
  • 140 EVs in Speed allow Hawlucha to outrun +1 Iron Bundle and +2 Miraidon when Unburden is active.
  • Tera Fighting removes Hawlucha’s Flying type and powers up Close Combat, letting it OHKO Miraidon and removing its weakness to Chien-Pao’s Ice Shard.
  • Hawlucha is an all-or-nothing late-game sweeper that, has to fully commit to a sweep once it activates Unburden's speed boost. For this reason, it's only a decent pick on hyper offensive teams.
  • Miraidon is a necessary partner, activating Hawlucha’s Electric Seed with the Electric Terrain it sets via Hadron Engine. It also threatens Dondozo, a physical wall and Unaware Pokemon that can halt Hawlucha’s sweep. Hawlucha also threatens Clodsire, Iron Treads, and Ting-Lu, all of which check or counter setup variants of Miraidon, allowing Miraidon to clean up should Hawlucha’s sweep fail.
  • Iron Bundle threatens all three common Unaware Pokemon in Dondozo, Clodsire, and Skeledirge, as well as Toxapex, paving the way for Hawlucha to sweep.

i would make luchas tera type fighting instead of flying, or at least slash fighting > flying. this is because fighting removes hawluchas weakness to ice shard from pao while also giving the added benefit of checking sucker punch. it also lets lucha ohko miraidon.
if you end up slashing tera fighting, i would also suggest to slash DETECT as a fourth move, before roost. this lets you scout tera from the aforementioned miraidon, but also from potential unexpected immunities or resists like tera ghost tinglu, letting you decide if you CC or acrobatics.

also go 116 hp instead of spd, this is better because going hp instead of spd gives lucha more bulk.
tag me in discord after implementing and then i'll 1/2

Hawlucha is an all-or-nothing sweeper that, once it activates its Unburden speed boost, has to fully commit to a sweep. For this reason, it's a decent pick only on hyper offensive teams.
Mention that Hawlucha is a late-game sweeper, it's a little shade but an important one in the way people should use it. Especially, as some threats mentioned above like Skeledirge and Toxapex without chips are either very hard to break without taking heavy damages or nearly impossible to beat.
And just as a quick GP stuff, try to find synonyms to "allow", especially here:
  • Protect allows Hawlucha to scout potential Tera Types, like Tera Fairy Miraidon or Tera Ghost Ting-Lu, letting Hawlucha adapt to the Tera Type.
  • Roost allows Hawlucha to stay healthy over the course of its sweep, keeping it out of range of priority like Chien-Pao's Sucker Punch.
  • 140 EVs in Speed allow Hawlucha to outspeed the entire metagame at +2, outrunning Iron Bundle at +1 and even Double Dance Miraidon at +2.
As this is redundant to read. The content is really good otherwise, QC 2/2 once this is implemented, well done!

Now I'm ready for the GP Team to come at me with a backflip and maybe a headstand too or at the very least some acrobatics

  • Hawlucha finds a place as a is a niche pick alongside Miraidon's Electric Terrain as a potentially threatening Unburden Sweeper sweeper that only fits on hyper offense teams and is reliant on Miraidon's Electric Terrain to function. (reordered this a bit and qualified "threatening" because ... this thing isn't really that good and you do say it's niche)
