Hax Meters is a metagame where a point system is used for most of the hax in the game, excluding damage calculations. It is meant to make most random luck factors deterministic without adding or removing base mechanics. Damage rolls are unchanged even though they are perhaps the most prevalent form of hax so that stat spreads (EVs, IVs, and nature) can carry over from teams for standard metagames. Hax Meters is implemented for Gens 7, 8 and 9 OU and Random Battle formats as well as Champions VGC.
