In the movesets page for each individual pokemonn. You really should mention which moves are HG SS exclusivelsy becuase not everyone is fortunate to even have the game.
 
I don't think you needed an entire thread for this. Plus, then everyone would need platinum move tutors too, as well as gen3 move tutors, and gamecube move tutors as well all labelled. If you want HG/SS moves, you should ask someone to breed you that for a service you can offer, seeing that you don't have a thread yet.
 
Ideally the move pages would explain exactly how each move can be learned, or at least have an option to show it. Not sure how high a priority this is, so until then use another dex for detailed learnset info, Veekun gets my recommendation.
 
Serebii.net is a great place to find in-game information; Smogon is more concerned with metagame/competetive battling strategies.
 
Bulbapedia and Veekun are both significantly cleaner and much more navigable, and in the case of the former, a lot of info is gleaned from SPP anyway. It's down to preference. Anyway, there are HGSS tutor services in the Wi-Fi forum :) Or you can play Shoddy.
 
If u want to relearn the moves that u already forgotten u need to go to the Black thorn city with Heart scales. Heart scales can be bought from Pokemon dome or u may get them when u use the rock smash on the rugged rocks.If u want full details about the move tutors in the HG/SS just follow this link :-
