[SET COMMENTS]
Heliolisk is an adept wallbreaker in the SS RU metagame; with access to Dry Skin in tandem with its Electric typing, it is able to repeatedly switch in on and exploit several bulky Water-type Pokemon in the tier, such as Milotic, Vaporeon, and Mantine, a quality appreciated by many Pokemon in the tier. Thunderbolt and Hyper Voice are Heliolisk's STAB attacks of choice; Volt Switch generates momentum for Heliolisk's team and can safely bring a teammate onto the field; and lastly, rounding off Heliolisk's moveset is its coverage move of choice - Grass Knot is the preferred option, nailing the likes of Rhyperior and Seismitoad, whereas Surf nails the slightly less commonplace Steelix, as well as the aforementioned Rhyperior. Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred option; minimizing prediction and drastically improving Heliolisk's longevity; alternatively, Choice Specs can be run as its power boost makes Heliolisk agonizingly difficult to switch into. Heliolisk also finds use as a powerful wallbreaker on sun teams given its access to Solar Power and Weather Ball.

Passimian and Silvally-formes make for great teammates; they complete the VoltTurn core and are thus able to consistently wear down the opponent's team. Golisopod and Dhelmise also make for great partners, as they appreciate Heliolisk's pivoting and can check Ground- and Fighting-types in return. Golisopod can also provide valuable Spikes support. Heliolisk's lack of defensive utility outwith Dry Skin means that it appreciates slow pivots to bring it in safely; as such, Claydol and Milotic are good teammates. Other great partners include Pokemon that heavily benefit from Heliolisk's ability to punish the majority of Water-types - for example, Salazzle, Rhyperior, Barraskewda, and Inteleon.

(move volt switch to move 1, because coupled with boots, its the main appeal of the set, being able to constantly generate momentum vs the opposing team without being hindered by hazards)

[SET COMMENTS]
Heliolisk is an adept wallbreaker in the SS RU metagame (make mention of its speed tier which is really nice for ru in general); with access to Dry Skin in tandem with its Electric typing, it is able to repeatedly switch in on and exploit several bulky Water-type Pokemon in the tier, such as Milotic, Vaporeon, and Mantine, a quality appreciated by many Pokemon in the tier. (next part is p much fluff cuz it's stab moves, which is v straightforward) Thunderbolt and Hyper Voice are Heliolisk's STAB attacks of choice; Volt Switch generates momentum for Heliolisk's team and can safely bring a teammate onto the field; and lastly, (before this part, mention the fact that ground types are able to block volt switch which makes it clear why to opt for gk / surf last slot instead of smth like dpulse), Rounding off Heliolisk's moveset is its coverage move of choice - Grass Knot is the preferred option, nailing the likes of Rhyperior and Seismitoad as it does more damage to most Ground-types such as Golurk, Rhyperior and Seismitoad, whereas Surf nails the slightly less commonplace is able to nail Steelix, as well as the aforementioned Rhyperior but misses out on being able to hit Seismitoad. (helps to distinguish the difference between using gk and surf more clearly, because on paper surf has the same type effectiveness vs most of the grounds in the tier as gk, key reason to opt for gk wld be because of its ability to do more dmg.) Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred option; minimizing prediction and drastically improving Heliolisk's longevity, due to its ability to constantly pivot with Volt Switch and generate momentum without being punished by entry hazards; alternatively, Choice Specs can be run as its power boost makes Heliolisk agonizingly difficult to switch into. (shows more clearly why you use boots, because the earlier mentioned benefits would be the same for any mon equipping boots) Heliolisk also finds use as a powerful wallbreaker on sun teams given its access to Solar Power and Weather Ball.

Other great partners include Pokemon that heavily benefit from Heliolisk's ability to punish the majority of Water-types - for example, Salazzle, Rhyperior, Barraskewda, and Inteleon. Offensive Water-types such as Barraskewda and Inteleon also make for good partners, as Heliolisk can help to deal with bulky Water-types such as Mantine and Milotic that can switch in comfortably on their attacks, while they can help to punish Ground-types and simultaneously form a VoltTurn core. Other wallbreakers such as Salazzle and Golurk also benefit from Heliolisk's ability to generate momentum. (gives more clarity and groups the type of partners well, also, can list more wallbreakers in the last sentence if you want)

- mention and elaborate on checks to the stuff mentioned below that can comfortably pivot in on volt switch
-> grass types such as viriz, decid and dhelm
-> dragon types (goodra, dragalge)

Do all that, then:
-Unslash Specs, and change its mention for smth like: "Choice Specs can be used to maximize its power, but makes Heliolisk much easier to be taken advantage of once it locks into something", no "agonizingly difficult to switch into". Also mention EBelt, it's a sort of mid-ground that makes Lisk a bit more menacing as a wallbreaker while allowing it to switch moves, but makes it vulnerable to hazards. (The order of mentions can be whatever you want, I prefer EBelt tbh)
-On the first couple sentences, emphasize on how it can generate a lot of momentum by clicking Volt Switch while dissuading Ground-types from switching in w its coverage (which is the best thing about lisk in the tier honestly).
-Mention Gigalith for GK (does significantly more) and Coalossal for Surf.
-Replace "minimizing predictions" for "allowing it to switch moves", I'm saying that cuz even if you predict right locking into coverage to kill smth w Choice is super annoying so it's more than just minimizing predictions and the way I put it covers everything really.
-Mention Klefki as a partner and emphasize how Spikes help it: Lisk isn't not too strong w/ Boots, but can force a lot of switches and better punish what comes into it (Goodra, Dragalge, Dhelmise, etc).
-I think sun partners are worth a mention somewhere, sun is good and lisk is a nice wallbreaker in it, so I think it's fair. Phrase this as you'd like but just to give you an idea of more or less what I mean: "Heliolisk can be used with Solar Power alongside Torkoal as a sun wallbreaker that can help deal with Pokemon other sun wallbreakers such as Charizard struggle with."
Edit: Make the set name Offensive Pivot as it better describes Lisk's role
And...2/2
