Help Improving Mixed Tier Team

Okay, I've come into a few a issues with my current team I use for online play and i wish to balance it out as best as possible. I'm scrapping all but maybe 2 pokemon and starting fresh.

This is what I've been using up until now,

Luxray @ Wide lense LV 87
EVs: HP:255 / atk:251/ Def:158/ sp.atk:225/ sp.def:156/ Spd: 167
Intimidate
Mild Nature
Movesets:
-Thunder
-Thunder Fang
-Discharge
-Super power
Description:
*Back up pokemon for when or if Espeon, goes down in battle. His speed is moderate but I have been in a few situations where he's fallen to faster pokemon. Depending on the match up, his attack power was reasonable.

Espeon @ Left overs LV 86
Evs: HP: 229/ atk:147/ Def: 121/ Sp.Atk: 243/ Sp.Def: 217/ Spd: 220
Synchronize
Careful Nature
Movesets:
-Calm mind
-Power Swap ( Really not too sure about this move)
-Psybeam
-Psychic
Description:
*By far the fastest and possibly the strongest pokemon in my party. Espeon is my main attacker, in most cases (when versing friends) he's able to pull off single hit kills or near kill hits.

Salamance @ Dragon Fang LV 50
Evs: HP: 162/ Atk: 152/ Def: 91/ SP.atk: 117/ Sp.def: 95/ Spd: 105
Intimidate
Quirky Nature
Movesets:
-Dragon Breath
-Heatbutt
-Focus energy
-Ember ( Yeah...)
Description:
I was Hoping, that my salamance would be able to stand up to attacks when i first got him...but it turned out to be different story. He goes down too easily. Almost always in online play Salamance winds up becoming a moving target and doesn't get to do much.

Aggron @ Razor Claw LV 65
Evs: HP: 181/ atk: 163/ Def: 279/ Sp.atk:88/ Sp.def: 98/ Spd: 85
Sturdy
Impish Nature
Movesets:
-Metal Burst
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Avalanche
Description:
* I Choose an Aggron thinking that because of his high defence, he could act as a wall in taking seriously strong attacks, and dishing out. But, with a 4x Weakness to fighting... one close combat/ or any other fighting type move; He's done for.

Tyranitar (male) @ Razor Claw Lv 100
Evs: HP:350/ Atk: 321/ Def: 288/ Sp.atk: 207/ Sp.Def: 238/ Spd: 146
Sand Stream
Impish Nature
Movesets:
-Surf
-Thunder
-Rockclimb
-Earthquake
Discription:
I Recieved 2 tyranitars and added them to my team, thinking, "Hey they're strong and have great attacking power" but always they never meet up to my expectations. I need to find a replacement. Either I suck at using them, or i just get really bad match ups

Tyranitar (Female) @ Life Orb Lv 100
Evs: HP: 317/ Atk: 321/ Def: 286/ Sp.atk: 227/ Sp.def: 227/ Spd: 152
Sand Stream
Lax Nature
Movesets:
-Crunch
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Hyper Beam
Description:
Back up for if my first Tyranitar goes down. Still same deal as above... Not working out too well.

**** I wish to start out completely new, but I wish to keep both my Luxray and Espeon. [/FONT]

Hello and welcome to Smogon!
.. However, this is not a competitive team. I understand that this is probably an in-game team, but I suggest you look around a bit before posting.

They dont look like EVs, they look like stats, read up on EVs, IVs and you will be fine, and test around on shoddy, see what works >.>

Also th Smogon Analysis will help with regards to tiers, EV Sets, Movesets etc
