Yo, I'm making a DDing dragonite, and I cant think of the 4th move, anybody help plz?

The only move I can think of is thunder/thunderbolt to hit bulky waters, but thunderbolt wont do enough damage and thunder's accuracy is bleh.
My dragonite has 266 speed, which I believe is the minimum speed to outspeed 130 basers with a boost.
