Help with my team

-I wanted to make a competitive team, yet I'm not really good at it, yet could my team be checked to see if its alright, and what needs to be fixed. If it's not done well, just tell me what I need to change in moveset or if I lack something that may either leave me having trouble dealing with a specific type:

Bronzong (Lead Wall)
Lum Berry or Light Clay (only if its worth using reflect over earthquake)
Levitate
Sassy (252 HP, 86 Atk, 80 Def, 92 SDef) (IV 0 Spd)
- Earthquake or Reflect (thought that it might give more defense for my team, yet a single attack is a problem.)
- Gyro Ball
- Hypnosis
- Stealth Rock

*My lead wall, and usually I would start out with stealth rock if possible, and if I still have a chance for another move, I would go for hypnosis then switch or sweep if easy to kill. I put lum berry so I can take anything thrown early in a battle with a status problem.

Gengar (Special Sweeper)
Choice Scarf or Expert Belt (might give more power through super effectivie hit and free choice, yet lose speed)
Levitate
Timid (4 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd)
- Focus Blast or Energy Ball (don't know if it's worth it since it's good against swampert and better accuracy.)
- Hidden Power Ice
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

*My special sweeper & favorite pokemon, I usually use him when I get the chance for easy kill or revenge kill.

Gyarados (Bulky DD)
Leftovers
Intimidate
Adamant (156 HP, 108 Atk, 100 Def, 144 Spd)
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge or Return (thought as an alterantive for better accuracy, yet won't help against empoleon still.)
- Taunt
- Waterfall

*My bulky pokemon, that I use dragon dance first for some boost, then use taunt if its a defensive pokemon so I don't get blown with something nasty or use it early if it has thunder wave, then just sweep.

Tyranitar (Choice Band)
Choice Band
Sandstorm
Adamant (176 Hp, 252 Atk, 80 Spd)
- Aqua Tail
- Crunch
- Pursuit or Earthquake (don't know which one is better)
- Stone Edge

*My choice sweeper, that I pretty much simply use for sweeping if nothing else on the field can easily kill it.

Lucario (Sword Dance Sweeper)
Focus Sash
Inner Focus
Jolly (4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd)
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Ice Punch
- Swords Dance

*My sword dance sweeper and my other favorite pokemon, I just simply sword dance, then sweep away, and I have focus sash just in case using sword dance would fail by dying.

Salamence (DD Sweeper)
Yache Berry
Intimidate
Naughty (232 Atk, 24 SAtk, 252 Spd)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage

*My dragon dance sweeper, that I simply use dragon dance, then sweep, unlike gyarados that I use for defensive purpose with some sweeping. I also used yache berry, so it can weaken the blow of an ice attack, that would give it some extra sweeping, that woulf help.

-don't know if my description is good about these pokemons, sorry if its not described best from my point of view, also I didn't use life orb, since I just technically don't like the recoil at all even if it offers 30% power.

OK team but you can't just have good pokemon you need to have a type of team,Baton Pass,Hail,Rain Dance,Sandstorm,Speed,Trick Room.

That is nowhere near true, all you need is good type coverage and a nice mix between offense, support and defense.

Teams dont exactly need a theme. Anyway, this team i think is a very nooby team, no offense. You have clearly just chosen the best pokemon in OU and put them in a team.

This is your team:
Lead - Wall
Special Sweeper
Physical Set up x3
Physical Sweeper...

Firstly, lucario needs LO, and sash isnt doing anything as it isnt a lead.

Nothing in your team can handle a choice scarf gengar, and salamence loses its ability to take on one without HP [Ice] because sandstorm + SR will put scarfgar shadow ball (modest) in KO range.

Teams i think are supposed to be tested before you post them, test this team out on shoddy, and see what problems you have.

Not necessarily; a team does not require a theme or environment altering set to be good and effective. In fact sandstorm, hail, etc teams are getting to be very boring and predictable.

I'll help you decide between your item and move choice on your Pokemon first. On Gengar, you are debating between Expert Belt and Choice Scarf. I suggest you keep Choice Scarf. Without Choice Scarf, your team will have a hard time dealing with Gyarados with DD/Ice Fang/Waterfall/Earthquake. Choice Scarf Gengar's ThunderBolt is the only real way that you can revenge kill it, and without Choice Scarf, you will be unable to beat it. So keep Choice Scarf. Now, you are debating between Stone Edge and Return on Gyarados. I'd keep Stone Edge as it will allow Gyarados to hit Pokemon such as Dragonite, Salamence, Zapdos, and various other Flying weak Pokemon much harder than Return will. On Bronzong, I'd use Leftovers over Lum Berry and Light Clay. Lum Berry is mainly used to protect Bronzong from leads that use sleep. Sleep leads are not so common anymore, so Lum Berry is not that necessary. Leftovers will give Bronzong a little bit of recovery each turn. Finally, you are debating between Reflect and Earthquake. They both have benefits. Earthquake allows Bronzong to hit Fire-types such as Heatran and Infernape on the switch-in while Reflect gives your team more durability and can help aid Gyarados and Lucario set up more effectively. At the end of the day, the choice is yours!

I can see this team working more effectively if you made it so that your Pokemon open up for a Lucario sweep. Making it so that your team does that will be my main focus. Running a Mixed Tyranitar does well at killing Lucario's counters, so that is what I am going to suggest. A set of Fire Blast/Ice Beam/ Crunch/Earthquake, 184 HP / 36 Atk / 108 Def / 152 SpA / 28 Spe , Relaxed Nature, Expert Belt. This is how this works. Lucario attracts bulky Ground-types such as Gliscor, Donphan, and Hippowdon. All of the aforementioned Pokemon share two things. They have low Special Defense and are weak to Ice. Tyranitar also attracts the aforementioned Pokemon as well. When they switch-in on Crunch, they will think you are Choice Banded as Expert Belt will not give away your item. Then you can Ice Beam Gliscor for an OHKO and Hippowdon and Donphan for a 2HKO. With Fire Blast, you kill Skarmory and Forretress, some other Pokemon that can stop Lucario. Crunch allows you to beat Cresselia and Ghost-types such as the Rotom formes. Earthquake prevents Heatran from walling you and also hits Pokemon such as Infernape for super effective damage. With the EV's, you survive Hippowdon/Donphan/Gliscor's Earthquake, which will allow you to kill them with Ice Beam, opening up a Lucario sweep.

Next, I do not think Lucario should be running Jolly. Any sensible Zapdos that want to be outspeeding Lucario will be beating Jolly versions anyway, and they will be hit extremely hard by a SD ExtremeSpeed. Gliscor that run enough Speed to beat Lucario also beat you, so instead of Jolly, use Adamant to give Lucario more power. Perhaps you could consider Crunch over Ice Punch on Lucario since Tyranitar can take out Gliscor, Zapdos, and Hippowdon for Lucario, due to Tyranitar having Ice Beam now. Also, use Life Orb over Focus Sash on Lucario. You mentioned that you did not like the recoil damage, however, that extra power really helps Lucario sweep. Focus Sash is generally bad if Lucario is not leading. Why? Stealth Rock is generally used very early on in a match and when Lucario switches-in, Stealth Rock will rid Lucario of its Focus Sash due to the damage Lucario takes from said Stealth Rock.

I do think you should change your Salamence set, ever so slightly. As we have seen with Tyranitar, luring out Physical Walls and beating them is going to be a key feature for this team, so running a wall-breaking MixMence will really help you out. Half of your team is also using stat boosting moves so making Salamence mixed to open up holes for your other sweepers to sweep will benefit you more. A set of Draco Meteor, Brick Break, Fire Blast, Roost, Life Orb, Naive Nature, 80 Atk / 252 Spe/ 176 SpA is what I suggest. MixMence is adapt to taking out the Physical Walls that can stop a Lucario sweep. Draco Meteor will hit most Pokemon for a lot of damage and gains STAB as well. Fire Blast has excellent coverage alongside Draco Meteor as it hits the Steel types that resist Draco Meteor. Roost is on this set to allow Salamence to heal as Sandstorm + Stealth Rock + Life Orb damage will wear Salamence down. Brick Break is mainly to kill Blissey while still hitting Tyranitar and Heatran for super effective damage. There are a lot of things you can do with the EVs here. I suggested running + Spe because it acts as a check to SD Lucario, and other Salamence, but you really need Max Speed to beat other Mence, or at least to have a chance of doing so. You can use an alternate spread of 80 Atk/252 SpA/ 176 Spe, if you want to hit as hard as possible with Draco Meteor.

Thank you for the help :) , it was a big help since I'm kinda bad at it. So the team would be fine with the changes it has? Sorry if i'm asking for more help, i'm just get troubled easily making a team?
