The formatting of this post is quite painful. Put spaces between each Pokemon's specs and whatnot so it's not all one big paragraph and write a good 3-4 lines of description on why you chose it and what it does for your team. Also, if you need help, a threat-list is usually quite suitable as well so we know just what you're having trouble handling. Essentially, just read the RMT rules and check out the Team Showcase, that's pretty much where the best RMTs go so you know how to lay it out. You'd get more help with a better laid-out post.

Well, he sets up my sun which i run this team with, but because of his movepool, his sets options are so varied i cannot pick one. pick a set that starts sun and abuses it. Not much to explain, really.

Latias:
Her resistence to fighting and immunity to ground is invaluble, she provides a reasonable switch to many pokemon and threats and also has a goood defensive synergy. healing wish keeps my pokemon healthy: and its proved to be very useful.

Heliolsk:
This guy vanquishes politoed, by not only accepting its rain, but abusing it. A 100% accurate thunder, with specs will probably take their team out, please reccomend his last two moves. He fits in well with my sun team with solar power.

Tentacruel:
Entry Hazards are pain to my team, and this guy gets rid of them. The two most common spinblockers,Gengar and Ferrothorn, are no hreat any longer, as the former faints with a well predicted psychic, and the latter cannot stand up to sun teams without instantly dying.

Sawsbuck:
My Chlorophyll sun user,and also my favourite pokemon, deals a lot of damage in a short time, and few pokemon resist him. A master wallbreaker, ferrothorn, the most common wall, shivers in fear. Also Demolishes sand teams single handedly.

Volcarona:
My fire type sun abuser,this girl sets up quiver dance, and then procedes to sweep. fiery dance has a 50% chance of raising your Satk, increasing your sweep. A great pokemon, once it sets up a qiver dance, your done for.

THREATS:
I have a hard time when an electric or psychic type shows up, KOs my tentacruel, and then setting up hazards. This was the most common cause of me losing, so if you can help me with that, it would be great.
