Anyways, solid team. Calm Mind Virizion can give you a lot of trouble though. He can easily get a Calm Mind up against anything, and then proceed to sweep your team. Skarmory can't take boosted Focus Blasts and you can only bring in Terrakion after a kill to try to win the speedtie.
Shell Smash Cloyster can also 6-0 you after it sets up. Everything is taken out by Rock Blast / Icicle Spear / Hydro Pump and nothing can outspeed after it sets up, bar Excadrill who can't KO Cloyster thanks to his great physical bulk.
Therefore, I think that using Deoxys-S over one of your two sweepers is definitely something to consider. Deoxys-S is an incredible lategame sweeper because it outspeeds a lot of things, even when they have a Choice Scarf, and he has great type coverage as well as a ridiculously powerful Psycho Boost. He also is a great revenge killer, as he can for example also outspeed +2 Cloyster and KO with Psycho Boost, and Virizion is also outsped and KOed. The exact set is:
