Heracross would be a good bulk up user because of its good special defense stat and whatnot, but Staraptor exists, so yeah.....
 
Dont laugh but offensive LO Restalk is actually not bad since you stay asleep for longer and don't need to take a turn to rest. It's the most powerful set Heracross has numbers wise (Guts + Life Orb = death).
 
LO Restalk is actually really good once Raptor is removed. It was one of Hera's best sets in 4th gen UU also.
 
I've only played LO Resttalk a bit but Heracross is a lot slower in this UU relatively, which really makes me question the effectiveness of the set. Sure it tears up shit, when it hits.
 
Well that same logic applies to Choice Band as well. You're not supposed to sweep with it but you can wreck shit with it. I actually run a simple 242 Speed spread on it and put the rest in Attack --> HP for better switch in capabilities into weak foes like Chansey, Registeel, and even bulky waters.
 
Mention Pursuit support since it helps Heracross bypass certain other Psychic-, Ghost-, and Flying-type Pokemon in the long run. Getting rid of non-choiced Staraptor is a bit tricky though, so a subtle way to defeat is would be great.
 
Rhyperior makes a good teammate, since its a pretty hard counter to most Staraptor.

LO Resttalk also seems like a good idea, but maybe monoattacking RestTalk with Bulk Up might work?
