Hi, I've been testing this set for a while now and it's been working wonders.
I know there is a lot of priority in UU, so reversal sets aren't as viable in UU than in OU, but with the right team support, this set is virtually unstopable.
Heracross
[SET]
name: Reversal
move 1: Reversal
move 2: Endure
move 3: Megahorn
move 4: Stone Edge
ability: Swarm
item: Salac Berry
nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Why this set deserves to be on-sight
Maybe Night Slash? Not much flexibility with a set as precise as this.
Teammates and Counters
Kabutops can spin away Rocks and put it's own up, while Ludicolo can set up rain if needed to get rid of Sandstorm. All three of the mentioned Pokemon love rain too.
Scarf Rotom can easily switch in on Reversal and outspeed it, easily KOing it. Anything with Priority, especially Arcanine who can switch into Megahorn with Intimidate, can easily beat it as Heracross lacks a good priority move. Sandstorm and Hail destroy it.

Why this set deserves to be on-sight
- Outspeeds the majority of the metagame
- carries a STAB 200 base power move
- Makes use of it's lonely ability Swarm
- Has perfect coverage
- can OHKO many popular walls like Milotic and Steelix
Maybe Night Slash? Not much flexibility with a set as precise as this.
Teammates and Counters
- Needs to following to be effective:
- A Pokemon to scout Priority users
- A Pokemon to nullify Hail and Sandstorm
- A Pokemon to scout Choice Scarf users
- A spinner if it switches out, but it will also lose the Salac boost.
