[OVERVIEW]

Prominent offensive threat with powerful STAB that has close to no safe switchin, forcing the opponent to predict. Its rather high attack stat complimented with a 120 basepower STAB move and abilities, Heracross finds itself to be an amazing physical attacker. The biggest drawback is the rather subpar speed which forces you to play aggressive with it or just bully some bulky Pokemon.

[SET]
name: Band
move 1: Megahorn
move 2: Focus Punch
move 3: Rock Slide
move 4: Brick Break
item: Choice Band
ability: Guts
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Set Description
=========

Heracross holding a choice band has immediate power opposed to its salac berry variant boasting incredibly strong STAB moves. Having solid coverage finding a switchin for this set can be troublesome if played right. The set chooses guts as the ability over swarm due to it being more convenient because Heracross is more likely to get statused than trigger swarm in the average game. This set is great for punishing fat and Pokemon that cannot OHKO it from full first such as Blissey, Snorlax, Latis, and Deoxys being some of the main targets. If you play too passive with Heracross allowing the opponent to reverse your momentum will burn Heracross out as clicking the wrong move makes you vulnerable to being punished and being revenged by common Pokemon after some of Heracross's HP is lost.

[SET]
name: Salac
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Swords Dance
move 3: Megahorn
move 4: Rock Slide/Hidden Power Rock/Reversal
item: Salac Berry
ability: Swarm
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Set Description
=========

  • Substitute allows you to activate Salac Berry after 4 Substitutes, ability to punish switches by getting a safe Swords Dance after the last Substitute
  • You prefer Rock Slide coverage over fighting as Megahorn hits everything Rock Slide cant, activating Swarm is extremely useful for this
  • Played very differently from choice band, using this set means having to determine when to start taking initiative and get the substitutes going
  • Usually seen as one of the last Pokemon revealed which impressive turnaround power
  • Substitute can be great for punishing opponents switches

Team Options
========
Heracross has amazing breaking capabilities which allow Pokemon like Snorlax, Latis, Metagross, Kyogre, and Groudon to shine as it can get rid of or trade against Pokemon the prior are weak against. Magneton traps the steels which is pretty pog.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Hidden Power Ghost

Checks and Counters
===================
**Rayquaza**: Being faster and able to live any move Heracross can use while also being able to OHKO it with hp flying
**Lugia**: Faster and able to set reflect while recovering
**Salamence** Intimidate drop makes Heracross useless vs it
**Skarmory** Can pivot into Bug and Rock type attacks
**Deoxys-Attack** Outspeeds while also having priority
**Weezing** Flamethrower

write proper sentences, please. also check these out cause you need to capitalize some words and you should be saying "BP" instead of Base Power as an example.

Mention how Heracross takes advantage of the Psychic-, Steel-, and Normal-types that riddle the metagame here.

Don't crossreference sets, Adamant is more important than Jolly because you wanna be able to blow holes through the opponent's team.

Start with the moves, move onto abilities next. Don't say "x is better than y" just say that catching stray status is more beneficial and easier than getting in range of Swarm. Either works, though.

Mention why every move is chosen. Maybe slash HP Rock with Rock Slide. Mention why Adamant (you want the extra power). Mention teammates that cover up its weaknesses in a different paragraph - team options are for EACH SET!

Why is this in bulletpoints? Mention Latios Dclaw being perfect to put you in Salac range. Explain moves, AGAIN. Explain when Reversal is better than Rock Slide (upside of hitting metagross and Don without fearing miss, you lose to Lugia etc more easily). Explain why Adamant is chosen here.

Name the Latis, both of them. What does Heracross struggle with? What helps it circumvent that? Why is it a good partner for each mon?
The Magneton line is bad. No.

Explain more in depth. Yes, for all of them.

I might give a stamp after you fix all of these.
