Here I am again

Hey, some time ago I did a team and posted it here for someone to rate it, but I didn´t followed the rules of the forum. Now I´m back with a new team. I hope that you like it.

url

Machamp@Lum berry
No guard
Adamant
240 HP / 248 Atk / 4 Spe / 16 SpD
Dynamicpunch
Ice Punch
Payback
Bullet Punch

The traditional machamp attacking lead, works pretty good against everything but skarm and azelf. Both can OHKo me, so I need to switch. It can take some hits, and I really like confusion hax.

Celebi@Leftovers
Natural cure
Calm
252 HP / 252 SpD
Heal bell
Recover
Leech seed
Aerial ace

This is my specially defensive pokemon. It can take pretty well some attacks, despite it weakness against fire and ghost. Heal bell is quite useful, and leech seed + recover for some stalling.

url

Swampert@Leftovers
Relaxed
240 HP / 216 Def / 12 SpD 52
Stealth rock
Roar
Ice beam
Earthquake

Electric immunity, physical wall. Roar is to prevent setting up. It´s very easy to set stealth rock. Is capable of taking Ice movements too, my celebi and my zappy are weak to it. Eq and Ice beam for dragons.

Zapdos@Leftovers
Pressure
Bold
248 HP / 228 Def / 32 Spe
Roost
Thunderbolt
Heatwave
HP - Grass

Heatwave for skarm, fortress, scizor, metagross. Is kinda a physical wall too, Thunderbolt stab is pretty powerfull. It can do some stalling with roost. Perfect counter to gyarados too. Machamp and Zapdos are the pokemon that i´ve been using since I started playing.

url

Metagross@Choice scarf
Clear body
Jolly
252 Atk / 252 Spe
Meteor Mash
Superpower
Thunderpunch
Explosion

I used to have a scartran, but I got bored. It works fine for checking, nice revenge killer. When an azelf is leading, I switch to this guy to take the psyquic and then Meteor Mash/Explosion depends on the situation. The problem is that if the azelf has some fire movement, It can kill me pretty easily, that´s why I´m thinkinh to go back to Heatran but I like this guy.

Suicune@Leftovers
Pressure
Bold
252 HP / 252 Def
Surf
Sleeptalk
Rest
Calm mind

This is the classic CroCune. After some scouting to prevent being grass knoted to dead, this guy can sweep a hole team. It doesnt need much more explanation.

Well, my strategy is simple. I start with machamp, if my opponent brings an azelf or skarmory I switch to metagross or zapdos. As soon as I can make a safe switch to my pert I do it and i get up stealth rocks. After some scouting I bring my Suicune and he´s the MVP of my team.

I´d like to hear your opinions.

Thank you.

EDIT:
After some advices, I made some changes to my team.

I changed my Pert for a specially defensive heatran

sprite.php

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 hp, 252 spdef, 4 speed
Calm Nature (+Spdef,-Att)
- Stealth Rock
-Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Roar

This Heatran is best used on teams with a stall-based approach like yours. Since Heatran has a base 130 Special Attack stat this makes it very difficult for your opponent to switch into, even if it doesn't have spatt ev investment. Lava Plume has high PP and a 30% chance to burn the opponent, which is always beneficial for specially defensive Pokemon like Heatran. Flamethrower is also an option since it has higher Base Power. Earth Power is a great move to use alongside Heatran's STAB move as it provides decent coverage, especially against opposing Heatran trying to obtain a Flash Fire boost. You might want to go Lava Plume + Roar or Flamethrower + Will-O-Wisp.

And...

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural cure
EVs: 252 hp, 220 spdef, 36 speed
Calm Nature
- Psychic
- Recover
- Leech seed
- Heal bell

I kept heal bell because sometimes its useful.

The attacks of my meta are: Eq, Explosion, thunder punch for gyara and meteor mash.

You may want to switch Celebi's attacks to special, Ariel Ace just won't cut it. Crocune covers your bulky water, so I suggest switching Swampert with something.

Hey Tiraulti, this is a pretty solid team already. I suggest using Grass Knot or Psychic > Aerial Ace on Celebi since Aerial Ace just doesn't make sense on it, it doesn't even get STAB. You can run Grass Knot to hit bulky waters etc. and Psychic basically is for Grass types who want to switch in on your Leech Seed. I don't know how much you depend on Heal Bell, but I don't know if it's really necessary on your team, since Celebi has Natural Cure, Machamp a Lum Berry and Suicune Rest + Sleep Talk. So I would go like Hp Fire/Earth Power over Heal Bell, since 1 attacking move on Celebi is not enough to stall, since you def want to have more than one attack while you Leech Seed (especially not only a Grass type one since vs Grass you have to switch out). I would also go for 252 hp, 220 spdef, 36 speed to outspeed other bulky Celebi, Shaymin and Ttar; the common 245 speed stat. So the set would be like this:

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural cure
EVs: 252 hp, 220 spdef, 36 speed
Calm Nature
- Grass Knot/ Psychic
- Recover
- Leech seed
- Hp Fire/ Earth Power

Like verbatim told I would suggest changing Swampert to another pokemon since you already have Suicune as bulky water. I suggest using Heatran > Swampert since Heatran also completes your FWG core and just like Swampert has Stealth Rock + Roar. It has perfect synergy with Celebi, I think resisting all of each other weaknesses and can absorb fire type moves aimed at Celebi and Metagross. It also does something against your Skar and Azelf problem with Machamp since Tran can take every attack they make. This is the set I would suggest to you:

490.png

Heatran @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 hp, 252 spatt, 252 speed
Naive Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Will-O-Wisp/ Roar

I also used this set in my first team in combination with a Machamp lead and it worked great. I it pretty powerful and able to lay up rocks just like Swampert. In the last slot you can go for Will-O-Wisp to burn something like Gyara who is a common switch in on Heatran, or you can use Roar just like your Swampert had to scout + entry hazard damage.

Hope I helped you with your team!

Hey, thank you both for your advices. I´ll use the set you gave me, but I dont like that heatran set, is there any other poke that can fit that spot?

Do you mean you don't like Heatran at all to replace Swampert, or do you just want to have a more defensively based Heatran set with Stealth Rock? I don't know why you shouldn't try Heatran since if you face an Azelf lead you can instantly switch into Tran to take the attack and not risking hit by Fire Blast if you go into Metagross. Heatran in combination with your other team members makes your team very solid. You might also want to try out another Tran set which has more spdef:

sprite.php

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 hp, 252 spdef, 4 speed
Calm Nature (+Spdef,-Att)
- Stealth Rock
- Flamethrower/Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Will-O-Wisp/ Roar

Something else: Metagross doesn't get Superpower, so you might want to change it to a Choice Scarf Scizor who cathces Azelf leads off guard. Here's the set:

sprite.php

Scizor @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Technician
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Speed,-Spatt)
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch/Iron Head

Bullet Punch might seem weird since Scizor already has decent speed, but due to the Technician boost it is a option over Iron Head. The latter has a 30% chance to flinch which might become handy in combination with the high speed. A Choice Scarf is most important against Pokémon such as Starmie, Gengar, Azelf and Rotom, which all have a chance to OHKO you before you can hit them with a U-turn or Pursuit. Having such a fast and powerful U-turn also makes Choice Scarf Scizor an effective scout. This set's boosted Speed stat allows it to check threats such as SD Lucario and non-Scarfed Heatran.

I just tried Heatran and worked perfectly, im keeping it. I`ll use metagross because I like the att raise that meteor mash gives me.
Thank you.

I knew it would work! I immediately saw it would fit perfectly into your team. Which of the two sets did you use?

Okay I understand you keep Meta now that you have Tran. What move do you have in second slot since Metagross can't learn Superpower?
Just a tip: maybe you can edit your first post so people can see what your current team is (you can edit your adjustments in bold).
