Validator HGSS Pokewalker Pikachu

Noticed a past generation teambuilder legality check that might be false regarding our favorite yellow rodent, Pikachu:

Pikachu (and by extension, Raichu) with Surf will only be detected as legal in Generation 4 if it has a Mild, Hardy or Modest nature.

This is accurate when it comes to wireless distributions, as the only Pikachu with Surf prior to HGSS were the Birthday Pikachu events from 2008-2009, the PBR Surfing Pikachu distributed as a reward for clearing Stargazer Colosseum, and the Surfing Pikachu distributed in celebration of PC Yokohama’s reopening.

However, Pikachu that know Surf can be caught in the Yellow Forest Pokéwalker route in HeartGold and SoulSilver, and as far as I'm aware, Pokéwalker routes do not have nature locks.

Additionally, in Generation IV, Pikachu can only learn Fly from the Yellow Forest Pokéwalker route, which is not recognized at all in Showdown:

I assume the issue is that Pikachu's event movepool in Showdown was not updated for HGSS.

Either way, this would be a pretty nice addition, as Raichu could benefit from being able to fire off a Surf without forgoing a +Speed nature. Thank you!

EDIT: Additionally, regarding legality, Surfing Pikachu found in Yellow Forest are gender locked as male; Flying Pikachu found in Yellow Forest are gender locked as female.

Theia edit - Nature locks should not be applicable here except that no Pokewalker mon can ever be Quirky. The additional gender legality information is also true. Credit to happylappy for the confirmation.
