OK, let me make this clear. I will NOT use Outrage on Dragonite. As people keep pointing out, Steels are everywhere, and again, Steels have large Defense stats. On top of this, Outrage locks me in, and that can render Dragonite useless if any Steel comes in, most notably, Magnezone that carries HP Ice (they do exist). I may consider Dragon Claw, but Outrage is out of the question.

You should have dragon claw at least. Stab is VERY crucial for any pokemon. Let's see...the major reason why dragonite was a BL pokemon during the first generation was because it didn't have a stab. Tath 1.5 times is very VERY important. Also, If you are using him as a late-gamer then you should very much consider having outrage and not dragon claw on him. If you want to use him, not as a lg finisher or a sweeper, but something to come in and out and such you should then go with dragon claw (since steels will be there, probably). However, remember that as a mid-game sweeper, Dragonite without a setup move (dd for instance) will be a much better choice than a DDNite (this would actually be a poor choice). If so then I would go with a CBNite. It depends on what you wantto use him as.
