Hidden Power Issue

Hello. When using Hidden Power on my Raikou, I'm given a message, telling me to change the IV's (For me, this is HP Ice), because they are invalid. Then, when I enter a battle, my Hidden Power type becomes Dragon!

How do you get the correct Hidden Power on legends, such as Raikou, on Shoddy?

With HP Ice on Raikou, I'm guessing you wouldn't use physical attacks.

Usually I lower the stat I don't need by 4 continuously until it is valid. Like HP Ice is 31/30/30/31/31/31, so usually I keep lowering Attack by 4.

31/30/30/31/31/31, 31/26/30/31/31/31, 31/22/30/31/31/31.

That spread has a fine legendary IV spread.

There are probably better ways to do this but that's the way I use >.<

After clicking "Save Team", a message box should appear telling you what a legal combination of IV's are possible for said legend.

Also, you'll probably get a quicker answer to your wuestions if you post them in the "Simple Questions, Simple Answers" thread in this subforum (and others as well).
