Hello everyone! It's time to open Slate 7. However, we'll be doing things a bit different this slate. In light of recent playtesting, it's become clear that the meta has a few unbalanced elements that dominate in-game. While we've taken steps to balance things out by banning problematic mons, at this point it's obvious that we need to take a more direct approach. So for this slate, we will be accepting Pokemon submissions! For this slate, you can submit any BALANCED changes to Pokemon that you want, so long as you're able to fit two of four conditions in one of the sets of conditions defined in this post.
This slate's conditions are as follows:
If you need any clarification on the submission rules, message me here or on Discord. The goal here is to create thoughtful and meaningful changes that will be beneficial to the overall meta, so be sure to consider the current best options when submitting changes.
Additionally, big dog Clause will have its effects updated to also be usable by Bewear and Meowscarada, as they are big dogs in my eyes.

This slate's conditions are as follows:
Set 1:
The Pokemon's Attack must equal 79, their Sp. Atk must equal 120, and their Sp. Def must equal 102.
The Pokemon should want to run the move Rock Blast.
The Pokemon should want to use the ability Volt Absorb.
This Pokemon should be at least part Fire.
Set 2:
The Pokemon's Defense must equal 66, their HP must equal 124, and their Speed must equal 109.
The Pokemon should want to run the move Focus Punch.
The Pokemon should want to use the ability Ice Scales.
This Pokemon should be at least part Flying.
Set 3:
The Pokemon's Sp. Def must equal 90, their Sp. Atk must equal 123, and their HP must equal 86.
The Pokemon should want to run the move Glare.
The Pokemon should want to use the ability Shadow Shield.
This Pokemon should be at least part Dragon.
