Say hello to the Avatars crew (Korra's, not Aangs)
A hyper offensive psychic team that depends on two things.
1. Always keep up the pressure.
2. Never let the OP get enought time to setup.

victini.gif

MAKO (Victini) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Blue Flare

We'll start off with Victini, this little OP star boy is a must in any proper psychic team, V create is your answer to the dreaded bug team, bolt strike hits water types hard, U turn is needed to defeat the Opponents Hoopa U's and a great pivot on Dark. Blue flare is for those tanky defensive types, or when you do not want to lose the speed and defence etc... Mainly for Cobalion,

latios.gif

TENZIN (Latios) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake

Now i know what you are thinking, that's a weird-ish latios. Draco meteor for absolute nuking power, psychic because Gard has psyshock, and the extra power is helped even more with the life orb. Ice beam helps decimate the dreaded flying. I chose Ice beam over Tbolt, for a few reasons. Mainly it hits everything in flying, and those that tank (Char and Gyara) get smacked in the face with DRACO. Lastly, Earthquake.
0 Atk Life Orb Latios Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 328-390 (84.9 - 101%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
Getting rid of Heatran is numero Uno when fighting steel, so that Tini can clean up. And they all predict the HP fire, or think you're a noob when u bring in Latios when someone else dies against Heatran.
Naive instead of Hasty cause... Life orb is killing it anyway, the loss in SP def isn't gonna hurt it.

latias.gif

OPAL (Latias) @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Defog
- Healing Wish

Classic support Latias, screens for defence, healing wish for a second chance, defor for rocks / webs. This thing may look like a waste here, but it's saved me more times that i like to think. Especially against the dark type. A reflect protected Gard is Dark Kryptonite if you play it well.

gardevoir.gif

ASAMI (Gardevoir) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Another kinda strange choice of moves, mainly for upper ladder. Hyper Voice and Psyshock are powerful stabs. Energy ball is for trace swift swim water teams and THIMO'S CANCER WATER -ahem- sorry about that.

HP Ground, again... Is for Heatran mainly. It doesn't really need focus blast, I've come to realize.
252 SpA Mega Gardevoir Hidden Power Ground vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Heatran: 220-260 (56.9 - 67.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Mega Gardevoir Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Heatran: 216-256 (55.9 - 66.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

As for TTAR, the power and accuracy of hyper voice, i feel, is more comforting than Focus miss's chances.

252 SpA Mega Gardevoir Focus Blast vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 300-356 (74.4 - 88.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 218-260 (54 - 64.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

jirachi.gif

BOLIN (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
Impish Nature
- Iron Head
- Healing Wish
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock

Bolin is support ultimate. Amazingly defensivly bulky, and able to take down entire fairy teams on it's own. A great stealth rock setter, physical setup stopper, and second life giver to either Gard or Hoopa. Don't let Jirachi die when facing a fairy team, or when the defogger in a flying team is still around.

hoopa-unbound.gif

RAAVA (Hoopa-Unbound) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hyperspace Fury / knock off
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Punch
- Gunk Shot

The utility styled 4MSS Hoopa U. Max speed and scarf is obvious. Knock off / Fury is a powerful stab Dark move, knock off is needed more for Eviolite normal, and Fury helps more against ghost and mirror matches (A mirror match is basically, a rocks/victini/hoopaU keep alive fight).
Bolt beam should be obvious, and Gunk shot is for cancer fable

Setup/sub sweepers - Don't let them sweep.
Hoopa U - Keep Vitini alive of fury will destroy you.
Bisharp - Latias is your friend, you can reflect, or keep gard mega alive, a full HP Mega gard can tank a sucker punch. Really beating bisharp is all in how good you navigate around it.
Above 100 scarves - All up to predicts and skill.
Speed boosters - heh, good luck.
Crawdant - This teams worst enemy, kill it fast, DO NOT LET IT SET UP.
Sub Swords Hawalucha - yeah I have no answer for this thing.

Hey man, this is a pretty cool squad, but I have some suggestions that may make it even more offensive based, and can generally help out with setup sweepers if they aren't behind a substitute and have a Speed boost (don't let hawlucha get behind a sub). opponent

You said in your OP that you should "Never let the OP[ponent] get enought time to setup.", while that is really what Latias is doing. Latias can't actually do anything to harm another Pokemon, making it deadweight to the team as a whole. I'd suggest Alakazam > Latias, as it can help check setup sweepers, also well as keep offensive pressure for your team.

If you decide to make this change, it is optional to put Defog > Earthquake on Latios. This isn't really needed, although it can help a lot by allowing Victini to keep switching around and not be harmed by Stealth Rock.

That's basically all I can say, the team is pretty solid, good luck in future endeavors.

Latias is actually quite needed, surprisingly so... It's the perfect switchin for when a wall or a defensive thing comes in. An opportunity snatcher. Latias loves Ferrothorn / Slowbro / Porygon 2 / etc... It takes their walling capabilities, stays in setting up screens, and wishes a beast back to full life.
However, i will try out your suggestion, if i feel the loss of healing wish and walls is too much, i will revert back.
I do not see how Alakazam beats Lucha though.

Sweet team you got there, looks pretty good. My only concern is that you avoid using focus blast on gardevoir, yes i know it can miss, but the reward is amazing, it deals with every ice, steel, and normal pokemon really rougly, and is better than wasting a slot for hp ground for only heatran which focus blast can do much more efficiently, and hp ground wont kill a max hp sp.d heatran, and since you already have a e-quake latios, its highly recommended you change from hp ground to focus blast, it may be risky buts its totally worth it
