How about a Rain Dance Team?

Hey everybody. I'm new to competitive battling, joined shoddy 3 days ago. I play for fun at the moment, and like making theme teams.

Some things to note for raters:

This team is a lot about style for me. That said, I know Vaporeon does Glaceon's job better, but I like him much more.

I'm not switching Ludicolo

Bronzong@Damp Rock
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Careful
252 HP / 100 Atk / 108 Def
IV's: Spd: 0
- Rain Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
Comments: Attacks if it can, and then sets up SR and RD. Sets up right away if it can't attack. 1HKO's Weavile with Gyro Ball. Switch to Kabutops if I predict a fire attack.

Kabutops@Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
Nature: Adamant
24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spd
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
Comments: LOVE Kabutops. Physical Sweeper. With Swift Swim activated, he clashes with Modest Scarfgar and Modest Scarftran otherwise I believe. Switches on a fire move or a poke that gives him a chance to set up SD. Took out 5 pokemon with this guy in a row, and the last with Toxicroak (before I got rid of him.) Waterfall and Stone Edge for STAB and awesome coverage. X-Scissor for darks and most of all annoying psychics.

Kingdra@Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
Nature: Naughty
168 Atk / 252 SpA / 88 Spd
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Waterfall
- Draco Meteor
Comments: Mixdra. Another swift swimmer. Pretty self explanatory.

Ludicolo@Leftovers
Trait: Rain Dish
Nature: Calm
4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
- Substitute
- Surf
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
Comments: Drainer. It works perfectly for me on the rain dance team. Also special wall. Leech Seed+Leftovers+Rain Dish instantly heals a substitute. Toxic and leech seed+surf really whittles down their HP.

Forretress@Macho Brace
Trait: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
252 HP / 162 Atk / 96 SpD
IV's: Spd: 0
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
- Explosion
Comments: Spinner and toxic spiker and physical wall. witch in on something it can wall well and set up Toxic Spikes. Macho Brace helps Gyro Ball do more damage, and it gets STAB. Explosion for obvious reasons.

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Glaceon@Leftovers
Trait: Snow Cloak
Nature: Modest
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spd
- Ice Beam
- HP: Fighting
- Fake Tears
- Wish
Comments: Ice Beam+HP:Fighting can score a neutral hit on everything pretty much. Fake tears to lower special defense harshly for itself and other pokemon. Wish passer as well.

I also am thinking of using this Gengar over Kingdra:

Gengar@Wide Lens
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Timid
- Hypnosis
- Thunder
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
Comments: Commonly used Gengar. Wide Lens lets hypnosis hit a lot. Thunder hits 100% in rain. Shadow ball for stab and extra coverage, same with Focus Blast. Common set, so I'm sure you get it.

13 Hour bump. Can I do this? Sorry im new.
Nope. Being new doesn't mean you are exempt from punishment for not reading the rules.

7. Bumping. If your team is interesting enough to comment on, people will do it for you. If no one at all comments on your RMT for around 24 hours, feel free to bump it. After that, do not bump it again unless you are making significant changes. "Stealth Bumps" will not be tolerated. Moderators and Administrators can see your deleted posts, so do yourself and us a favor and don't even attempt this.
I once bumped a topic long ago after 18 hours, since the word "around" didn't sound definite, and I received an infraction. So look out forward that.

Anyway, to add something constructive to say, I'm not really sure how Glaceon is helping your team at all. It's quite slow, so sweeping isn't going to really happen without something like paralysis support. And against faster fire, fighting, and rock users, it will most likely die if you don't switch it out in time. Also, Fighting/Ice is resisted by Frosslass, Thick Fat Grumpig, Shedinja, Slowbro, Slowking, Starmie, Surskit, and Tentacruel.

First off, you need to fix your EVs a bit:
-Bronzong's EVs don't add up correctly. You need something like 252 HP/128 Att/128 Sp.Def with a Sassy nature. Or, alternatively, 252 HP/152 Att/8 Def/96 Sp.Def with a Relaxed nature. Those are the two standard strategydex EV spreads. Both are great really and depend on what you need.
-Kabutops needs a Jolly nature with that EV spread. With a Jolly nature and those EVs you have, you can outrun Adamant/Modest Lucario by 1 point which looks like a necessity since it can OHKO everything on your team once it gets it's Swords Dance in.
-I would also advise giving Forretress his Defence EVs. Shift those Sp.Def EVs into Defence to give you a bit more Physical walling prowess.

I see a few problems with your Ludicolo. First off, the set is a bit iffy. I would forget that set and give it the Rain support set, which looks something like:

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Swift Swim
Calm - 204 HP / 76 SpA / 124 SpD / 104 Spe
~ Rain Dance
~ Surf / Grass Knot
~ Ice Beam
~ Leech Seed

It would help your team greatly. I like to have about 3 Rain dancers on Rain teams just for insurance, and since Ludicolo is great at it, why not stick it on?

Finally, on the topic of Glaceon. It isn't doing anything for your team. As much as you want to keep it, I would seriously consider replacing it. Your team has trouble with Bulky Water Pokemon, especially Empoleon who walls both of your sweepers (Kingdra and Kabutops). In that last slot, I would suggest something like Electivire (to absorb Electric attacks), or a Rest-Talk Zapdos (which provides a lot of support which you need). I would prefer Zapdos since Rain teams hate Status a lot, and RestTalk Zapdos is a fantastic Status absorber, especially for Rain teams. Rest + Sleep Talk + Thunder + Hidden Power Grass/Ice seems Ideal.

Hope I have been of service to you.
