I say OK, meaning I dont want to hear whatever he has to say. That always seeems to do it against my paretns, they say something, I say OK, then they either give up or get really angry

In this case he got really angry and proceeded to attempt to smash my XBOX
I shove him away from the XBOX, blah blah blah

Appararently, you don't give them respect. Maybe if you listened to them and actually did the small thing he asked you to do, none of this would have happened.
