Well I've never done an RMT before, so eh, here it goes I guess. Hello to anyone viewing this, welcome to my half-decent attempt at a team. I've been competitively battling for a year, so it can't be that bad, right? >_<
So I remember back in the day I shamelessly stole an OU volt-turn team off of some RMT, and I immediately fell in love with it. It was tons of fun! But the thing is, I wasn't the biggest OU fan, I enjoyed UU cause there's so many pretty colors. So I tried to do it in XY, but they were all meh. So ORAS rolls along with Mega-Beedrill, and then the wheels started turning. Then bam, that's how babies are born. I've been mulling around the 1400's with this thing, and peaked rank 27 on the suspect ladder, but the suspect ladder isn't exactly high, so it's still meh.
I didn't expect you to read the top, so here's the actual team
Mechaniloid (Beedrill) @ Beedrillite
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- U-turn
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off
Alright so this is pretty obvious already that I was using this. Mega Bee is amazing in that it outspeeds pretty much everything ever and hits like a truck, making it basically my revenge killer and sometimes a late game sweeper. More importantly, Bee is the base of my volt-turn core, meant to add constant pressure by doing damage and switching out into a more capable mon. The 136 Speed EV's and Jolly makes M-Bee speed creep base max base 130's. I maxed attack and dumped the rest into HP. Moveset is the bread n butter everyone knows.

Miami-Heat (Rotom-Heat) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Trick
The second hand man of the volt-turn garbage core, it didn't take me long to think "Oh, bee doesn't like steel types. Oh, this thing is fire and has volt switch. k." This dumb microwave combined with beedrill does sure fire damage to Florges + Forre, M-Aggron, etc wall combos. It also takes on crobat and stuff so that's pretty cool. I decided to make this specs because I wanted a designated "nuke" pokemon.
EV's are just max speed and spatk, and I opted for trick over something like HP grass/ice because it's particularly useful to cripple things like goodra, snorlax, bulky set up sweepers and such who expect a volt switch.

Mekakucity (Empoleon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Stealth Rock
- Defog
- Toxic
So my core doesn't enjoy stealth rocks, and as you'll see later, the rest of my team doesn't enjoy it either. So yeah, because of that, I opted for Empoleon as my hazard remover. Empoleon is specially defensive so that it takes on water moves and can take dracos or flying attacks that are incoming. It's also nice to have a rock setter, after all, volt-turn induces many switches. I'm curious over switching toxic for roar, but hey, that's why I'm posting this RMT.

Gurren (Salamence) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
Y'know, this thing was supposed to be flygon cuz it gets U-Turn, but y'know, it's flygon, and now there's mence. Anyways, M-Beedrill can't outspeed everything, so you gotta have something that's scarfed. Mence can also act as a backup late-game sweeper, due to the lovely Moxie ability. I actually decided to make this Naive because I wanted to be able to outspeed Hydreigon and other Mence's who most likely run Adamant instead. I'm on the edge of replacing fire blast or stone edge for outrage instead. It just feels better to know I can predict incoming forretress or possibly 2HKO a weakened M-Aggron.

Senketsu (Lucario) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extreme Speed
- Crunch
I decided to add this thing because if I ever lose my way during a battle, this thing always forgives me. Now that I got that out of the way, Lucario is able to come in and plow things like Porygon, Blissey, and things of that nature. It is also able to come in and pick things off with Extremespeed, which is very useful when I don't want to let anything take damage or force switches. Crunch simply comes in handy to take out things like a predicted Chandelure or bulky Psychic types. I actually use Sash because it catches many people off guard (cuz usually LO y'know) and it lets me have a guaranteed set-up to sweep or guaranteed kills on big threats (yo M-Aero and Mienshao I'm lookin' at you) and mons who have boosted already, like mence. Oh yeah, also Adamant cuz it half makes up for no LO.

Cabbage (Whimsicott) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Stun Spore
- Encore
- U-turn
Alright so my team despises Mienshao and fighting types of that nature, so I made this fully physically defensive, and it works pretty well. I've never used this thing before, but it's a ton of fun. This thing is also a soft switch in for electric types and dragon types. More importantly, I can stop set-up sweepers from doing rampaging my team with encore and provide set-up opportunities, or provide essential speed-control with Stun Spore that allows my volt-turn dudes to do so on faster mons or guarantees a sweep with Lucario. Also I have U-Turn to get out of obviously bad situations and keep momentum going, which is important for this team.
.....And we're done here. Thanks for viewing my team, I implore you to help me out and give me some suggestions or thing I need to watch out for.
Importable n stuff
