I may be wrong but....

Could breloom function in ubers?!!
I have two scenrios making him reckonable/surprising force
there.
One, being close to a darkrai counter,
TO + poison heal to block his custom warp hole, Dark resistance
fighting STAB making him a set-up fodder(maybe not,but if so SD)
sleeping the pokemon trying to assist your blocked attemp on elimating darkrai.

Two, absorbing toxic spikes to activate poison heal allowing double-lefties,
taming blissey, smacking kyogre with seed bomb, sleeping his counters, once again Dark resistance.

If I'm wrong give me reasons. Discuss.

Kyrogre outspeeds and OHKOs with Ice Beam. Mach Punch could be cool for Darkrai, its Subs would block Spore. Utterly walled by Giratina.

Doesn't 'absorb' Toxic Spikes, just makes use of them. Only Poison types absorb Toxic Spikes.

I didn't mean one on one,
thanks for correcting me though.
for darkrai, what I meant was
using this set would work something like this
Breloom@ toxic orb
protect/ swords dance
focus punch
spore
seed bomb/leech seed
Darkrai attemps dark void
Breloom protects
poison activates
Immunty arises.
two probabilities, Darkrai switches with nothing to hurt breloom, breloom
drops leech seed on the overwheights ubers game, or stays in and risks focus punch. I HAVE considered the possibility of the haunted dragon showing his face. I mean with one evil sleeper's existence he'd absorb sleep. therefore spore may be expendable, but what to replace it with.
I've also taken his slowness into account.

I probably wouldn't even risk it because Darkrai might be carrying Ice Beam or Substitute, which would be quite annoying. Plus with Breloom's craptacular special defense and everything else's great Special Attack, that resistance probably isn't giong to help much.

You would need to be able to force someone out to be able to effectively use something in ubers. Breloom is too slow, too fragile, and there are no great benefits towards using it over anything else. I would rather use Abomasnow as a SubSeeder, since Hail can disrupt Sun, Rain, and Sand based strategies. It also gets STAB 100% Blizzard and Focus Punch to hit the physically weak ubers.

As a swords Dancer, Rayquaza is superior, as it can force switches very easily with Extremespeed and sweep. a sash would also benefit it, allowing it for a guaranteed SD. Breloom could run Sash, but then you lose out on Poison Heal recovery, which may be the only reason to use it over anything else.

For spore, I'd rather use Smeargle(as anyone on the uber ladder would know), or even Parasect with Kyogre support: Dry Skin keeps it healthy, and it even does the swords dance bit better than Breloom with STABed X-Scissors.

In general, it's outshadowed by too many things.
