SM OU I need help building a team

So im currently in a pokemon draft league and week one I got beat pretty bad, so If people could help me build a team and give me some strategies and pointers I really think I can learn a lot, after all if I go in on my own im probably gonna get 6-0'd, my matchup is against one of the best battlers in the league. any advice would be amazing, and in depth reasonings will help me to figure out my own strategies aswell as what roles each pokemon are better at filling. Its an ou tournet of which we drafted 3 mons from each of smogons main tiers.
