Gen 2 I need help for my deck.

Hey, basically I'm wanting to win a tournament in a few weeks. I can use gen 1 and 2 pokemon but do not know what I want to run yet.

Im thinking of Umbreon, Shuckle, Steelix. I do not know the last 3.

I will get all the movesets when needed but rn I just need help on which pokemon I pick to dominate this tourney.


Can anyone please help me for a solid G1 and G2 Pokemon deck? Preferably without legendaries, thanks so much.
