VGC I Need Help Optimizing My "Pink Algae" Team

Hello,

I would really enjoy some new perspectives on how to run this particular thematic team. The gimmick is a monotype all shiny pink trick room rain team around my kyogre named Toto.

My permeate set up is to protect and then use trick room with kyorge and slowking. If there is a meta electric dragon or any electric move user that is most likely going to survive a water spout, I change type to ground and I say 95% of the time they take the bait. Slowking normally is the fastest thing in a trick room, so his high special attack comes in handy, but I am just really unsure about the moveset other than trick room.

My backup plan is to use swampert to switch in assuming trick room is up, but then using qwuilfish with swift swim if trick room is not up. this moves pool really needs a new pair of eyes, but I think crunch and possibly a dark tera type is necessary for all the meta psychic horses and moon ghosts.
Swampert comes in handy but grass is brutal thing to contend with and I'm not sure what to do. Maybe using the berry that reduces grass super effective strength??

Lapras is my favorite pokemon and has really great type coverage. IF I see a team is really low on special defense, or is likely to trigger a survivable activation of the weakness policy, I will swap lapras in for Swampert, who is reasonably the same speed.

Toxapex is kind of a utility mon; if I believe I can properly utilize the wall potential of their typing, then I am good to go, but this occasion does not come up often.

Anyway, I am open to any and all changes that do not subtract from the all pink, all water team. I love the trick room concept because most people seem to anticpate a fast kyorge, but again I am open to change. It might be important to note that this team also has an interchangeable "all found in Johto region" form as well, where swampert is replaced with Quagsire and Tentecruel is my replacement for Toxapex.

Thank you in advance.

You have some 4 attacks mons, maybe try av on one? 252 HP on tr ogre, not 252 SpD. Even if you want to cover specials more it is better, and obviously there is physical stuff too so it should help. No psychic on Lapras please....

Edit: um!? If qwilfish, run h. Reg is extra unviable. Idk about qwil h or overqwil, but maybe compared is ok

Heyo vernon1059 ! Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, this team is far from viable. Lapras, Swampert, Qwilfish, and Slowking all suck, and Kyogre is running a suboptimal set. For some reason, you have a singles set of Toxapex (pex also is very niche and probably doesn't fit into the meta anymore)? But wait, DON'T LET THIS DISCOURAGE YOU! If you want to kickstart your VGC journey, I suggest checking out the viability rankings and checking some top teams to get started (also peep the VGC analyses!). GLHF trainer!
