This is what I'm thinking:
Abomasnow- Subseed or Choice Scarf
Rotom-F- Choice Scarf
Tentacruel- Spinner
Heatran- Scarf/Ballon
Reuniclus- Wall
Salamence/Garchomp- Life Orb/Band

And I'd say snow cloak is better, only because you can have move tutor/egg moves.
