Ice Team Suggestions?

I am currently wanting an Ice team that has a tough defence and slowly picks away at the opponents, I do not have any idea's on pokemon to use, though I will use either water, ice or some pokemon that can learn Ice moves.

If anyone has any suggestions on the pokemon, moves, EV's, etc, please post and help me out.

Before posting, please read the rules that are stickied at the top of the forum.

2. Do not post incomplete teams. If you are smart enough to pick five Pokemon, you can easily pick another one. If you are smart enough to pick nine, you can easily cut that down to six. Make sure to include natures, EV spreads and items. If you are unsure of your selections, make a note of this or simply add a question mark after them so team raters can help you focus on perceived problems first.

This forum isn't for us to suggest and build an entire team for you. You build the team. You put thought into it. You choose the movesets/EVs/Natures. We give you suggestions on how to make it better.
