I find Illumise fun to use as a utility focused mon, and it's access to wish gives it a unique way to use it. A lot of people hate on Illumise, and I do too, but it being able to almost guarantee its set of status moves can make things better for your team. Using Wish and Eject Button Illumise can give its team some lost health back, and the other nice status moves can be used very well too.

I gave Illumise Eject Button to be able to pivot and be saved for later use and Tera dark to counter any other prankster mons. A lot of HP EVs is important as Wish gives 50% health of whichever Pokemon used Wish, so more health means more recovery for the rest of your team. People don't really think of Illumise as a threat, so they'll use whatever move to get rid of it, and Illumise can usually take a 2 hits before going down.
