I don't think that's possible as of the moment. :/ Dratini learns ExtremeSpeed through egg move, but the only possible parents atm are... Dratini, Dragonair, and Dragonite.
Poketransfer was open in Japan. Maybe I can get 1 w/ Extremespeed on the GTS for you to breed. I'll be right back.
Well I just acquired a female w/ Extremespeed, but it's female & has Shed Skin. Can you breed with that? Or should I keep looking?
