Forretress@ Shed Shell
Ability:Sturdy
Nature:Relaxed
EVs:252 HP / 162 Atk / 96 Def
Spikes
Rapid Spin
Gyro Ball
Explosion
The Basic Set. Set Up Spikes and Rapid Spin opponent's Stealth Rock, Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Gyro Ball is used to take damage on the fast enemies. Explode when the HP is low. Shed Shell is used so I can be sure that it can escape away from Magnezone.

Dusknoir@ Leftovers
Ability:Pressure
Nature:Careful
EVs:252 HP / 76 Def / 180 SpD
Pain Split
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
Trick Room
My Anti-Spinner. Pain Split can heal my Dusknoir. Trick Room is set up for itself and my Marowak. Thunder Punch is there for spinners like Starmie and Tentacruel. Fire Punch can kill Forrestress and Weavile easily.

Marowak@ Thick Club
Ability:Rock Head
Nature:Brave
EVs:252HP / 252Atk / 4SpD
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Fire Punch
Double-Edge
My Physical Sweeper. An all-out attacker with threatening attacks. I keep its speed as low as possible because it has Trick Room support.

Magnezone@ Choice Specs
Ability:Magnet Pull
Nature:Mild
EVs:252 Atk / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Thunderbolt
Flash Cannon
Hidden Power Ice
Explosion
I switched Azelf for Magnezone. Magnezone has Trick Room support so it can be a good special sweeper. Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon are STABed. HP Ice is used against the dragons. Explode when HP is low.

Milotic@ Leftovers
Ability:Marvel Scale
Nature:Bold
EVs:148 HP / 228 Def / 132 SpA
Rest
Sleep Talk
Surf
Toxic
My Special Tank. Changed to the Sleep Talk set so it can act as a status taker. Toxic to wear down my enemies. First, use Toxic. Then just keep resting to keep my Milotic alive and my enemies will be poisoned to death.

Gliscor@ Leftovers
Ability:Hyper Cutter
Nature:Impish
EVs:252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Earthquake
Taunt
Roost
Ice Fang
My Physical Tank. Taunt is used to block the use of stat-boosting moves or healing moves by my enemies. Roost is for healing. Gliscor can also stop Choice Band user from killing my Milotic by Thunderbolt.

Forretress is a bad lead but I really want it to set up spikes. Which pokemon should I used to lead?

If you're going for trick room support on Marrowak maybe you could try Rampardos, he's slow and gets ridiculous attack stat.

Since you're new, I won't use biting sarcasm to point out your team's problem. So I'll post a picture:

Gyara leads are pretty common, as are Mence, Gengar, Hippowdon. They all have one thing in common, which is that Forretress can't do a thing about them, except explode, which is not something you want your first pokemon doing. And three of the four commonly carry stat boosters with them, which makes Forry an even worse choice as a lead.

If you want a counter-lead that goes more in synch with your team, try Trick room Bronzong. It has the same quirks as Forry in terms of defense, without any of the set-up bait (well, it has some). Also, I'm not liking the Azelf. All of your other pokemon are slow enough that they can use TR effectively, while Azelf sticks out like a sore thumb. I can't think of one at the moment, but try finding a pokemon that fills the special sweeper niche, but slower.
