I'm new to this...

This is the first competitive team I've ever raised. I don't know what I should give for items or how good my movesets are. I don't have a Wifi connection, so I haven't been able to test them against anyone except for a couple of my friends that live nearby. I also can't redo their EVs since they are all level 100 now.

You don't need 255 EVs on the main stats. 252 is enough. But anyways, some Pokes like Milktank and Raichu are a bit too frail to play in OU.

Hi Raichu ...

You might want to read the RMT rule thread ... in particular rule 3.

It will encourage people to respond, hopefully, in a positive manner and decrease the likelihood of this thread get locked.

You've posted eight Pokemon, without any explanation. Cut it down to six, or at least explain if you're having difficulty choosing. Also, pay attention to this rule from the RMT Rules thread.

RMT said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by give an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Locking this for now, feel free to repost it when you've made some changes.
